    Some really good drills in there that add a bit of variety to the usual stuff on here. Lots of take aways. Especially the ring ice cream makers.

      Tore it. Probably deadlift or tire flip accident.

      I tore it on the Rings when I was 38 doing a Maltese Iron Cross

    muscle upp is easier than this drill

      It is often easier for athletes to do a Muscle up. But easier doesn't teach you much.
