  • Join me for my 1 hour, Kundalini Yoga Class. Today we will be doing Sat Kriya, one of my favourite Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga. This beginner friendly, Kundalini core class is a great introduction into the world of Kundalini Yoga.
    Sat Kriya, a foundational practice in Kundalini yoga, offers a multitude of benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. By chanting the mantra "Sat Nam" while engaging in specific breath work and movements, practitioners experience:
