John- thank you so very much for the nice words and the super thanks!! Very kind of you and I greatly appreciate it. Glad you are finding the videos helpful
Hello from NY. I really appreciate your tutorial on airbrushing techniques. I learned a lot in 15 minutes of your video. I'm dying to try airbrushing. Will look for the same items you used. Thank you so much for the video. :)
Great video. Very informative. How about a video on very curly, African American type hair as that seems to be quite a bit more difficult to achieve. Thanks.
Excellent question! There is actually very little difference between curly and straight hair, no matter the ethnicity. Each curl is the same technique of dark, light, dark gradients. I'll def be making a video about this in the future.
Good one with guessing who. I recognized it real quick. Mark I love the fact you add art history to your videos. I don't think there is a other airbrush artist who incorporates this with their work like you do. Thanks again.
Thanks a lot for the new lesson i was waiting for when you will but a new lesson thanks again you are the Best teacher and iam learning too much from you .🙏🙏🙏
Wow the comment below me well said truly glad i found you and your channel you teach so well learning a lot cant wait to actually airbrush a portrait and show you and you can cretic it give more pointers.
This is excellent. I've seen other hair tutorials but this one really helps me understand what I was doing wrong; spraying in areas completely and not using soft dagger strokes to build the texture. I also need to do more erasing with the blade and eraser. It seems like you used those tools as much if not more than the airbrush. Working one area at a time as you do, and not jumping around, will help as well. Thank you for another great video! Wish you made more than one a week. ;)
Hey, how’s it going ? How do you paint hair on metal ? Can you scrape it with an x-acto knife like on canvas or is there something else to use or do ? Thanks
Not yet! I have a black and white one from a few weeks back that might be of some help. You can try using the color sepia instead of black and it will look pretty close to blonde.
again ,im truly blessed for u and your channel, the way u teach is super perfect🙏🏾🙏🏾 ,please dont go away ...
Thanks so much. I'm not going anywhere. So much more to come.
Thanks you lord for this man i learn arts🎉🎉

I struggle with hair and this is a great help. One question, I can't seem to get a realistic blonde hair colour can you advise please?
Hi Thanks, I wanted to ask if you do a similar tutorial on a black background.
Hey, how’s it going ? How do you paint hair on metal ? Can you scrape it with an x-acto knife like on canvas or is there something else to use or do ? Thanks
Any tips on painting realistic blonde hair Mark?
What air brush are you using?
Any tutorials on airbrushing light Blonde hair?

I use canvas that I prepare myself. I made a video showing the process here- th-cam.com/video/gaUz8z43adA/w-d-xo.html
