Contrast that with corrupt Trump, his family of leaches & his criminal organization that we watched between 2017 and 2021. Just having an exciting, entertaining, inspiring orator with a creative speechwriter does not lead to a successful 4 years in the White House. Joe Biden is older & has slowed down, but that does not matter when he meets with his advisors, meets other heads of state with his advisors, negotiates with Congress/the Senate with his advisors, or carry out any other function....none of which mimic a televised debate with a serial liar & delusional conman.

All this, and the polls in the swing states basically haven't moved. An overwhelming majority of the American voting electorate does not want their nation to be transformed into a cheap copy of Romania in the 1980's.

Trump would love the chaos of Joe stepping down. His Trumpers are already making racist remarks about Kamala. No one has really offered a path forward outside of Joe that is as much of a shoe in a Joe Biden. His voters are solid. I called my two (democratic) senators and told them I support Joe Biden, and do not want him replaced on the ballot. It was the first time I ever called my senators. It was very easy! Make sure your senator knows you’ve got their back, and they should have Joe’s back!

That was no debate and Biden under different circumstances would’ve been able to speak as a politician, respected venerated, and perfectly capable. Trump also had birthdays. He’s 2-1/2 years behind the President but at 78 he’s in poor health, obese, apparently addicted to substances and has a terrible diet. He uses a golf cart to get around his perpetual golf game, even used one when with other heads of state while the others walked, like people who were healthy.
Much is said against Biden of his performance at a debate, yet nothing is said about trumps performance at that same debate where he did not answer questions posed, such as about affordable child care. Why? He doesn’t care about that subject and those who are affected by the high costs are obviously too poor to be on his Xmas card list.
Noticeably he refused at first to answer the question of whether he’d accept the result of the election, irrespective of which party won. When pressed, he FINALLY said he’d accept if the election “was fair”. That needs no translation post January 6 and the following century of him saying the 2020 election was rigged, because he didn’t win.
