  • Hi everyone at this video you’ll find drills and progressions of how to learn L-Support/Pike press.
    Strength exercises for hip flexors, musculus recurs femoris(one of the heads of quadriceps which assist with hip flex as well), ABS and obliques exercises, plus muscle stabilizers (including lats & pecks).

      Hi! You can definitely break down the video by 3 parts. Then do each drill at least 20 times of 3-5 sets (build up a circuit training )
