Marine Boilers Lecture # 29 (Boiler Water Treatment)

This tutorial describes about the objectives of boiler water treatment and the procedure employed for treatment the boiler water by use of chemicals which include prevention of scale formation, prevention of corrosion, preventing entry of foreign matter and control of sludge formation. This also describes about the recommended chemicals used for treatment of boiler water.
