If boiler water conductivity is higher without phosphate dosing and PH is less than 9.what may be the reason? If there is condensor leakage then it is possible that conductivity of feed water not increase?
Why boiler water conductivity is much higher than that of feed water, steam water and condensate water. Generally conductivity of feed, steam and condensate water do not have much diffence?

I think if conductivity is high then other ions are there. In condenser leak conductivity should increase.
