Love the Alfa 105, such genuinely pretty cars.
Nice to see the 190E Cosworth, a neighbour back in the 90's had a white 190 that looked a bit like a Cosworth (though I'm not sure that it was one) and it was really smart.
I still think the E36 is a pretty safe investment at the moment and was such an elegant design.
There was a Step nose Alfa at the Motorist for a while. Stunning cars.
I still find it hard to believe the Porsche 928 was a 70's car. They were so advanced for the time and definitely one of my 80's icons.
The multipla always stood out in the crowd and still does, even in the present company.
That's a stunning collections of classic sports cars in that exhibition.
The E28 still looks a class act all these years on. I saw a E23 728i over the weekend.
I've still never seen a Z1 out in the wild.
The Alfa Giulia will forever be an Italian Police car to me (seen the Italian Job a few times)😅
The Esprit has been one of my dream cars for as long as I can remember. The HC was indeed High Compression and regarded by some to be the peak of these original cars before the Stevens design model was introduced.
Beautiful Fiat 500, probably a later one like the L.as it's got the shorter fabric sunroof and front hinged doors.
The jaguar Mk10 is still an imposing sight even now and I think we're the widest car. I still struggle to distinguish between the 420G and Mk10.
The R170 SLK 200 Kompressor I reviewed was silver (as you say probably more common colour). I've seen a nice metallic blue car locally too.
Another highly informative video Simon. ,👍

Thanks for the tour around, always some wonderful machines at Bicester, I own the SLK you highlighted, it’s a 1999 200 non Kompressor, so lightning quick..Not!!..one of only 5 still registered in the uk, so in my option is worth saving , I paid £2000 for it 5 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it, Thanks again look forward to your future videos...

Thanks Paul, it was as mint an SLK as I've seen recently, these cars are surely future classics to watch!

Cheers Simon, the sky blue Jag was an E-Type not 'F' :) So much to see. My feeling of turning the MG into electric is just so wrong, in my humble opinion. Thanks for putting out part 2. That Fiesta was stunning.

Thanks Chris, I seem to have a fixation on the F Type since someone said they would let me drive theirs!! Saying 100 time "E-Type" to myself

@@Lot76CARS If we ever meet and I have mine, I would invite you to drive my F-Type V8 R Coupe, it's a monster all in santorini black!

For me those Alfa 105/GTVs are beautiful cars. Saw a red one at a show ( can't remember engine size) but I just stared at it for about 5 minutes. The only other car that has held my attention that long is "250 GTO". Ever driven an Alfa Simon ?. I'm not rich or brave enough to own a classic Alfa and decent 105's are out of my league now😢.
    Thanks for spoiling my day!😂

My parents bought a brand new white Sud in '77, sadly within a year it was rusty and was part exe'd pretty swiftly... It wasn't until the mid eighties I drove a 155 and 164 on an Alfa dealer track day at Donnington, I think,.. both fantastic handling cars, sad to say I've never owned one, but fancy a 5M Sud if I had the garage space!
