If you ask me... The old one looks much more better...
Exterior on new looks like some nissan qashqai or some other eastern model.
Enterior on new like some chinese model.
The old one have soul...

Actually the more video you watch the more you like the new generation and start seeing it’s a Tiguan.

The two look a bit cheap and not detailed enough, especially the taillights and interior panels. Perhaps they can be compared with Mazda’s classic curved surfaces.
