@@jameselloko6365 I have both pneumatic and throw away walmart 5 inch sanders. Depending on what I am trying to do, I also keep cheap interface pads from Walmart.
Man, I been doing this almost 25 years and I can sit and watch SprayWay and True Gritt at anytime. It's like second nature watching y'all do what I do. I appreciate both of you!
Been watching from lock up. I've never painted a car but after I finish these 20 yrs in 18 months I'm getting straight to it. Thanks for the tutorials and content.
I love how you dont waste our time trying to look smart like so many other videos, I was gonna watch this video for 30 seconds to find out what grit he used, but I got sucked in by his personality, my 11 yr old daughter even got hooked, great video! do more!
Channel should be bigger than what it is. You don’t bullshit, straight to the point, and you tell people exactly what they need to know to get the job done
You know what I respect about this man? His honesty and hustle.. I been around alot of painters in my short life lol and very few take genuine pride in there work.. this is why this man is respected in the car game.. and he’s 100% right his name and work deserves top dollar and that’s just truth and respect.. you want a $2k-$3k paint job go head but you want quality work it comes at a price.. Great videos bro bro 👍🏼
I'm loving your content baby boy. It's refreshing to see somebody just get to the point and not putting a whole bunch of extras on it. I'm digging the way you show up authentic. Keep up the good work champ, you are going places.
This dude so genuine and funny as fuck at the same dam time. Yo TRUE… you got a great spirit bout YOSELF man. Keep blessing the world with your videos playa. You DaTruth!
Sir, thank you. I am surprised and a lottle saddened you are not getting more recognition and support. Heck, you could do a whole TV show on Motortrend and even people who dont paint cars will watcj just because you are a genuine and honest human being.
You sir are oustanding and detailed at your craft while having a highly entertaining personality. I learned a lot, for one i've been doing sanding all wrong and looking even worse than your barely ashy example. That's why my carhood never looks right and I'm having to try a third time to do this. You've given me a great foundantion now. Thank you!
You're a legend bro!! Showing people you really dont need expensive tools to get the job done! My kinda guy bro because not everyone has the money to buy all top notch equipment so big up to you brother 🙂🙏
I've been painting cars for 25 years and just about all of what you said is legit. All the advice you gave is pretty much how I would train someone that's never done this. Good video fam.
Bruh, you ain't lying about these dudes in the "professional" shops. I've work with so many people with so-called experience that I had to teach. Will leave panels sanded just like you demonstrated on the door(the wrong way). I send it right back to them and have to tell them that you can't paint over glossy paint. Shit is crazy!
Awesome show!!! I like you humor and your high knowledge level... You are a blessing and a treat for the audience, and I will utilize your advice on my own vehicle projects.
Good shit man. You don’t need tons of fancy stuff just a little patience and eye for detail and you can get the job done the right way. Nice hit man. Thanks
Thank you for sharing your work. I learned a lot, I could see exactly what you were talking about. I am really enjoying this process. Can't wait for your next video.
I like the way you get to the point! No bullsh*t! I know what you mean about so called professional painters giving you misinformation, telling you that you have own a 60 gal compressor and a $500 dollar paint gun to paint your car. You tell it straight!! I like that!!
I'm glad i stumbled across your video. Because im planning on sanding down my 2002 nissan sentra. This video helped out a lot. Especially on knowing how it's sanded correctly
Fishing line or wire from the mig welder works good at taking emblems off too. I am 71 and been doing this for 49 years. I mostly wet sand by hand now, it makes less dust and you can listen to the tunes while working
No bs. No blah blah blah to make video longer like rest of videos on YT. Straight to the point. Outside like real man, again, not like other how to do it but "hide" in paint booth. Most of us dont have paint booth to spare. My point: Than you Sir, you're appreciated more than you think!!! Don't care what anyone else says.
man is spot on i use a dewalt 5 inch corded sander things a beast for sanding everything....did my suburban with it sand speaker boxes and fiberglass resin great tool it is
I'm about to start my second project in March so I had to come back and watch some sprayway and true grit videos to get mentally prepared these two dudes are very detailed people see my Jeep and swore up and down I went to the shop and dropped 5 or 6 grand on the paint
I appreciate the help because I have a 98 Mustang I wanted to paint at home, and this video helps with letting me know how to sand it before I paint it
I picked up you covered them waves up to keep that dust out. Lol! Good work on this one. Sanding skills on point. I have a Harbour Freight sander and use it.

Sanding car with a da is quick and effective but you need to sand by hand to make panels laser straight. Coming from myself who has 30 years experience prepping car for paint
Cashapp: $jes2135
How much for 2001 crown victoria police interceptor
So u can use a regular sander
