Jesse Pinkman is one of the three main protagonists of the Breaking Bad franchise, an ex-student of Walter White turned chemist, manufacturer and distributor alongside him. Had Jesse Pinkman been arrested after El Camino these are the criminal charges he would have faced.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Jesse Pinkman's criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Breaking Bad is an American neo-Western crime drama television series created and produced by Vince Gilligan for AMC. Set and filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

"Free my boy, he didn't do anything"
*the boy in question:*
Ok, but free my boy
Lmao four minutes in and we’re already up to 115 years. Still, free Jesse 💯
@@Notimportant253nah he deserves life in prison
He forgot to add Criminal Conspiracy, when the kid was shot by todd.
I had no idea Jesse was involved in the illegal manufacture of methamphetamines. One of those subtle details you miss on first viewing.
Bravo vince
This is unironically how the people talking about how they thought Walt was a good guy until a second watch sound.
Killing Todd is self-defense because he held him captive
Todd wouldn't continue to hold him captive though I mean he would have no real reason to his boss was gone and he has no loyalty just goes wherever he can. Which if it weren't for Walt getting shot by his own trap and Jesse killing him trying to work with Walt and Jesse. So Jesse didn't need to kill him so that wouldn't be self defense. Sorry for the huge rant.
@@lemardeyoutubegod125Todd could've carried out his threat of going after Brock though.
only way jesse would cook for todd was if he was forced to do so and if he had not done anything todd might have been killed by walt or he would end up killing walt and todd wont just uncuff jesse and tell him he can leave now@@lemardeyoutubegod125
There was police coming, so no. Todd wasn't a threat anymore.
@@supernintendo182 To also be far as we was in El Camino the police were on their way in that direction so it could have been handled by them. I mean that wouldn’t go well for Jesse but still.
Saul would lower it to 10 years
Too bad, Saul is already in prison

2:13 the timing 🔥
Wtf 🤯🔥
Hm?
5:48 This is meant to be Jesse acted in self defense when he was threatened by a guy with a shotgun. Not just committing a battery.
Agreed.
Tony Soprano next video
Yooooooooo yes do it
Ya
OHHHHH 100%
Let’s also include Christopher Moltisanti and Uncle Junior.
Yes
"Even if I did know where he was, ain't no way I'm helping you put Jesse pink man back in a cage."
He better call Saul
Plus Felony Murder for Drew, the kid on the first bike.
do one for mike because throughout better call saul and breaking bad he has a pretty good amount of crimes
he has. th-cam.com/video/_0QZLonN99Y/w-d-xo.html
Mike has one
Saul would get him from the death penalty to 6 months probation
7:48
no additional charges for threatening two other people with a firearm?
Just stumbled on this channel but the content is great the vine booms make it even better
If Kim Wexler was charged for her crimes
She can go free just by sending feet pics
I know that Jesse steals guns in El Camino when he breaks into his parents house and goes to the closet
Do the punisher next
Hell yeah
How is destroying the rv tampering with evidence if its his property and isn’t in police custody? He’s free to destroy it if he wants to.
6:45, i like how Howard Hamlin’s and Lalo Salamanca’s bodies were included in this bit
They were not
The other two were the two guards that Walt shot, not Lalo and Howard.
6:43 I like how they added x2 desecration of a corpse which was taking into account howard's and lalo's body
yeah but how were they to know about the corpses?
Theres 2 people that Walter killed after he killed Gus those are who they were so it should've been x4
@@tros_725 ah that would make sense then
@@tros_725 but like i said walt and jesse had no idea there were corpses even there, so it could probably be attributed to either gross negligence or they would only charge for the arson and destruction of evidence
Jesse had no Knowledge of there bodies so no crime there.
5:48 " Freddie? A message from Ray Shoesmith"
All of the Americans in these comments thinking that killing someone for just standing near them could be counted as self-defense
Let's not act like killing Todd was just killing a guy standing next to him. Maybe it's not legally self-defense, but it's not unreasonable to think it could count as self-defense and if I wrote the law I'd make it self-defense. I saw people say that killing Neil was self-defense, but not in this comment section.
To put into perspective how long this sentence it, if Jesse someone lived long enough to serve it, and it took place in the dead space universe. he would be released a few years after the opening segment of Dead Space 3.
Knowing his intellect he would have been prime canditate for building up Markers. Less smart just hear noise and see weird stuff while smarter see formulas, patterns and schematics and hear instructions. He is smart.
When Jesse kills Gale, I would’ve thought it would be under duress. - 5:07
Not really. It would be first degree murder since they planned it, and Jesse wasn’t forced in any way.
Worst thing is that you can actually still feel bad for Jesse
Offing Todd is more like a doing the world a favor kind of thing. 😅
When Jesse wiped his prints off the ATM wouldn’t that be tampering with a crime scene?
When did Jesse pinkman even get arrested after that 5 year jump, I don’t remember that happening
It's made up.
8’s death was self defense so it does not count cus Walter wanted to let him go but he tried to kill him so he acted out of self defense
Krazy-8 was trapped in the basement. Walter could've called the police if he was so worried.
@@Cheez1000 but you could argue the Walter was not thinking of that and just going on fear
Walt wouldn't get a charge, but Jesse suggested Walt that he should murder Krazy-8.
Jesse would probably only get 5-10 years and a 50K fine for the taxes. He's got a lot of wiggle room compared to most of the guilty cast. Walt, Gus, and Mike are all going down hard, Saul got really lucky all things considered. But Jesse was usually doing things because of coercion and threats, with the occasional mania/substance influence on him, which lowers him down a lot, especially after he went through rehab
What's the difference between tampering with evidence and desecration of a corpse? I'm only asking because in the other videos for the BB universe it's usually the former and here it's the latter
Desecration of a corpse is more specific but either way it is tampering with evidence but with a higher sentence than normal
@@cinemacop I see, thank you 👌🏻👌🏻
I’m no Saul Goodman, but in what universe is locking an officer in a porta potty “False Imprisonment”💀
What else is it?
This universe
In what universe is it not
With the justice system as it is, and how many different charges he faces,it would take 308 years just to get done with the trails.
You forgot charging Jesse with 2X of felony murder where Walt killed two drug dealers in the episode “Half Measures” on season 3.
This is a different take. Love it!
Dude missed Wendy so much he blow up his whole cover lol
Jesse Pinkman must be PUNISHED.
what was that last scene?
2x03
If it was in Portugal: 25 years in prison, maybe less if you behave well 😇
you are NOT mousait 😭😭😭
You should do Sopranos series chracters.
How come Jesse gets "desecration of a corpse" when dealing with the bodies but in Walt's video it was "tampering with evidence"?
Walter's video is older and he probably didn't know about that charge at that time
the most innocent breaking bad character:
Can you do one for chop from gta. It's more of a joke type video, but I'll enjoy it for sure :)
Please review Tony Soprano and maybe some other characters from that show. That would be awesome.
Jesse would be sanctioned for accessory to murder for Krazy-8's death and Walter got self defense for it, he should have taken the kill Krazy-8 option instead 😂
Jesse wanted to murder him before Walter found about about the plate. Also this guy gave Walter murder for Krazy-8 as well, but I think this could be self-defense for him.
@@JKBDTSOh ok! And the meth-head friend of Tucker he knocked out had a shotgun in Jesse's face, shouldn't that be self-defense too? Or does it not count because he was in his house uninvited?
@@jlau9268 He was pointing a gun at him only because he was high, so that may be self-defense.
Just the meth cooking would have got him a life sentence.
I forgot how incredible needless and lame El Camino was....
and yet he never faced charges, he lived life HIS way and got away with it, W

This will probably get burried but I have a confession. I am a professional youtuber (this isn't my main channel) and because of the crap youtube puts us through I was seriously thinking about quitting and doing something else with my life. *BUT* after seeing your channel I changed my mind. After seeing your growth, I have come to realize that I can build myself back up within a year or two if I just *GRIND.* (again)
These may seem like just stupid videos, but this appeared in my feed at the exact right time to inspire me to better my life.
Thank you.
This will probably get buried but I have a confession. I did every single thing mentioned in the video 10 times.
Could you do Agent 47 from the Hitman series?
Main trilogy or every game ?
@@cinemacop I'd say stick to the main World of Assasination trilogy (assuming that's what you mean). 47 is a character whose been around for years so that'd probably be much more manageable for you.

5:46 clearly self defense.. dislike + reported
Overreacting
+10 yrs for being cringe
So no worse than the average American and less than any Trump supporter.
First
Saul: but with good behavior, who knows?
If Lalo Salamanca was charged for his crimes
5:45 this is 100% self defense. Self defense doesn't just mean killing, it can mean using non lethal force. He also wasn't trespassing, because another resident told him he could go into the house.
He lied saying he was going to the toilet, gets caught by the owner of the house, is told to leave and then knocks him out
@@cinemacop the owner of the house who is visibly under the influence of meth and pointing a shotgun at him. He had a right to be there, was threatened with deadly force, and defended himself.
Has a right to be in a house that is not his and defend himself from the homeowner who has seen an intruder?
@@bobbobert9379 Under the influence of meth or not, private property laws still apply
yes because he was given permission to enter, if I invite a friend over and he pisses on my carpet I can't just point a gun at him and threaten him.@@cinemacop
Every +100 years seems like a level up for Jesse
Do one for Hank Schrader. Hes done his fair share of illegal things as well
For example?
@@GerhardTreibheit Breaking into Jesses house assualting him, sending Jesse up to he killed, trying out an illegal cigarrette, letting Walt Junior drink etc.
While yes, he did commit some crimes, it be relatively short. The worst crime he committed is likely the aggravated battery and possibly civil rights violation of Jesse Pinkman.
I reckon the on-screen stuff is probably not the only things he has done illegally while under DEA, either personally committing or being a witness to it and shutting off about it.
@@thegoldensorcerer9866I don't think letting Walt Jr drink was illegal bc as long as u have parental consent and its on their property it is legal
It started with evading arrest and ended with it. Truly a beautiful story
An interesting thing to note:
Simply because we as the audience witnessed his crimes doesn’t mean he’ll admit or get charged for them considering he destroyed evidence.
Not the point of the video.
@@JKBDTS
...I get that...
The point of the video is quite obvious. I'm just saying there's no way he's getting charged with all of that and would actually have a lesser sentence. But whatever.
@@chimpwimp9407that's why the video is called "if"
@@chimpwimp9407 being charged doesn't mean being convicted. He may still be charged with all those crimes, even if the evidence is flimsy, if the prosecutor decides to go with it. Whether or not he will actually be convicted, and what sentence he'll get is an entirely different matter.
@@chimpwimp9407 but dont you think theres alot they could prove in court.... i agree for things like the RV, criminal damage on walts car all the battery and conspiracy charges couldnt be proven cause everyone is dead pretty much but the fring case was well documented by the dea even if hank and gomex are dead the files are still there
And yet I’m not going to serve any time
1:06 is there LAWFUL manufacture of methamphetamine? I heard DEA chemists will produce batches for research purposes but besides that?
From what I hear, it's used as a medication for ADHD, so I'm assuming those pharmacists can legally manufacture it.
@@maestro7534riiiiight…not their budget concerns😂😂😂
Which ending do you think was best for Jesse?
The Cinema Cop or El Camino
I think I'd take the prison if it meant I could avoid being tortured by Todd.
El Camino, all this could have been avoided if his parents had done better for him when he was younger before turning ten & going through puberty.
El Camino was the best ending for Jesse.
8:21 wouldn't this be self defense? Todd kiddnapped Jesse and imprisoned him for several months
It would only be self-defense if todd was trying to kill Jesse in that very moment, but because Jesse attacked him from behind when his guard was down. self-defense gets thrown out
Legally speaking it would probably still be second degree murder, but a jury probably wouldn't charge him with it due to the circumstances.
@@GamerBrinedQw4w9WgXcQ Juries don't charge people anyways..
@@arthurmead5341 Well they wouldn’t find him guilty of second degree murder in that specific case is what I meant.
@@zekesquestWhat about Brock being threatened? Just asking.
0:20 wouldn't that also be participation in cooking meth?
Maybe an good idea for the next video. What if Ignacio got charged for all his crimes.
I removed my previous comment, because I thought that Jesse suggested the shootout, but it was Neil who suggested it. Still doesn't change my point. Jesse Pinkman premeditated the murder, so it shouldn't be second-degree.
Are the 2 desecration of a corpse in the super lab from Howard and Lalo's corpses
