Gemmy: Animated Country Frogz - Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy

I haven't found another Frogz in quite a long time.
I saw just this guy's head poking out of the plush bin in Goodwill.
The button is the only thing broken, no gears ever split.
I'm incredibly lazy to fix the button, so it's just got the wires poking out to activate it temporarily.
I'm wanting to find more Frogz again after finally getting another.
I expected this one to be ear blasting loud irl like in videos, he's actually not really loud that much. lol

Can you legally ride a horse in New York City?
Veh. & Traf. Law § 1262. Section 1262 - Riding on roadways, shoulders and horse paths (a) Upon all roadways, horses shall be ridden or led either near the right hand curb or edge of the roadway or upon a usable right-hand shoulder, lane or path in such a manner as to prevent undue interference with the flow of traffic.
