Doyle: "This is Milk. This is Cookies." 🤣 22:52
that was low key hilarious!!
😍🍆😍
HOLY SHIT DOYLE. GETTEM!
40:18 norman chad is a fucking GENIUS
Raymer got caught paying for milk and cookies... and also paying for 'milk' and 'cookies'
Doyle: “this is milk, this is cookies”😂😂
i cant wait to see final table of 2006 i like jamie gold alot its so fun watching him play and him doing mind games all the time
Only 1 person at that table could even come close to beating him, and in the end it wasn't even that close. Probably the most dominant run ever seen
Jamie Gold has the sickest run of cards ever witnessed and his ego bursts into narcissism has his stack grows. Borderline illegal table talk. He wouldn’t cash a $1.10c on pokerstars
No. 3904 Dammit
its poke HER not poke HIM
Demetri is a dude who’s been stomped out a few times…
Dantzer is the epitome of a pro he takes 2 brutal beats from the whale at the table, like a champ.
Pure class, didn't deserve such bad luck. Nobles plays poker like a drunk person drives. Reckless.
@@JasonEmerson711 would have been interesting if he didn't get sucked out on, either of those hands, to see how he would have faired. I know it's a small sample size but Dantzer was quite impressive in his play and his presence.
I think we both agree that he deserved more TV time and a better fate. He even shook Nobles hand when he took the second beat. His mom/dad taught him well.
Not really, he practically left the building when he lost with KK vs A8.
george danzer, 2014 wsop player of the year, thats what he became!
They were actually having fun while playing it was like a home game nowadays everyone just silent robots.
What about Will Kassouf?
@@HopyHop1 That was almost a decade ago. Its more robotic now.
@@IPIRIEY
I haven't been watching the most recent main events which require a paid subscription. Also, the editing was different in 2006 so there might have been many robotic players then that didn't get air time.
They also played like dirty fish
everyone now has that fake illness social anxiety (used to be called shy when i was a kid)
Golden age Norm & Lon, best duo to ever do it
Demetri Nobles suffered from ‘can’t change gearsitis.’ Seriously could have tightened up a bit and coasted to the end.
Incredible how many times he won with Ace/rag though. I can see how he ALWAYS thought that was the best hand
He was horrible. He only got lucky. I hate when players like that go far in tournaments
Could've taken 2 days off and came back with a bigger stack haha...
Hes so bad
I know right, half a milly on day 4 and couldn't sit tight
The lack of color up and the gaurgantuan chip stacks is a relic of the poker boom WSOP years
Not sure who I hate more, Hachem or Duke
@@billysikes1374 shouldn't be remotely close, Duke is a premier scumbag. All I've ever heard or seen of Hachem is him being a pretty good guy.
Duke, b/c she's a criminal for her UltimateBet stuff.
@@whatthree16 her pos brother too lol
I miss it. I know it's time consuming and everything else, but it made for great structures and great TV. I love making walls when I actually get a bunch of chips...
27:05 never liked Jamie gold but fact he was chip leader at this point till end of tournament is insane…. Never will see that again
Not only chip leader, but like WAY far ahead. Pretty sure no one even got close. He played overall, perfect poker, plus got lucky at times, and had the personality to talk people in and out of hands.
George Danzer went on to win 4 bracelets and POY in 2016, I think.
none!
Moneymaker broke the mole in 2003!
Joe Hachem should sell Margaritas. Extra salt every time.
Hachem saying story of my life is funny he won the main event a year ago
Hachem won a bracelet and got real cocky
2016 WSOP Player Of The Year George Danzer. Boy was he unlucky
Jaimie may have had the most dominant run ever the last few days. Once he started getting the chips and the lead, he never let up, never lost control and no one ever really got close
Hachem constantly bitching about how he always runs bad after running hotter than the sun and winning 8 figures is amazing lol.
Yeah its hard to judge his final table performance, let all the bigstacks knock each other out and ended up heads up with a bloke who was not very pleasant but not competitive in heads up.
Gold had 750bb when he had 3,000,000. that's insane.
Wnd wtf was up with Joe Hachem? "Story of my life!" ? lol ok pal.
“Go head and start push-“
ALL-IN
…oops. Couldn’t even finish his trash talk lol
Wow, I forgot how bad Nobles was. Donkfest 101.
I wish Poker Go would present the WSOP like the old days. Now its just a boring podcast.
Remember that era, where I could play versus the sea of fish on Pacific Poker and make $4000 in 2 hours on a $5/$10 cash table. Fun times.
I made so much on Absolute it was amazing. wish i had played 90 hours a week looking back
Same. In 2008, I went to Vegas for the WSOP circuit event at Caesar's and entered half a dozen events ranging from 500 to 1500. I went pretty deep once but didn't cash. I made all my buy-ins back plus 3K playing 2/5 and 5/10. Great times.
Humberto was so hilarious lol
He was the greatest :)
Nobles should be in the stack donk hall of fame.
Noble is/was really bad. Always playing with sh1t hands. And they say poker isn’t about luck. I understand Jacobs. I could never win with A7 against 10 10. Before that hand he was losing a lot of chips because he plays like almost any two cards. I hate when players like that get far in a tournament. And then he calls a re raise (with top pair ) all in when the guy raised pre flop and he was playing tight. He was against a higher pair 90% of the times and he gets the ace ! Plays bad and gets lucky ! I don’t get cards like that. I am actually on the other side.
Milwaukee Best is the worst beer on the planet!
Nobles really isn’t a good player….🤷🏼♂️
Haha no he is not
That demetri dude with the tennis cap on is the feature tables whale wow
Humberto escaped a mental hospital and somehow ended up in Las Vegas.
Humberto only? Perhaps the entire place is an institution.
@@HopyHop1 I agree.
Jamie golds table talk was atrocious
it won him the tournament you silly boy
Everything you do at the poker table conveys information.
Really, you don’t say
He's Allen Cunningham!
The Joe Hachem hug at 13.20 was a bit creepy
Wow, 2 huge suckouts to stay alive . And then they say he played his way back into contention.
Nobles could have coasted to the final table, just had to be in every pot, Hate Duke and Hachem
Love when you see a huge fish like Nobles back then celebrate multiple suck outs lol 😂
He was the worst player by far. And then he responds to Jacobs like he was a great player and not only suck out. I hate when people like him gets fat in a tournament
That Car Salesman Dude was not playing Poker...He was just GAMBLING....LOL!!!!
It's always a great run when the defending champ makes the money.
26:53-26:57 the funniest part pf the video. God bless norman chad
Nobles was the worst player there,by far. He was only lucky. I hate queen these kind of players gets far in tournaments
Doyle's the best part of this video and he's barely in it twice. RIP.
Nobles was sooooo bad
Nobles was a wild luckbox. Some of those always run deep in big tourneys
Milk and cookies now
These were the days of our lives for poker truly
Except that the trash bag Jamie Gold wins. Got the chip lead and never lost a flip
come to texas and play poker. this is still how they play lol
Wow, I forgot that Humberto was a top 5 WSOP most annoying player to watch. When Prahlad called his hand, he should have showed a bluff or stfu.
hate the guy, annoying as f...
Mike McClain just died and Jamie the liar Gold still lives. What a world
Brenes antics quickly became irritating.. am I a Karen?
Nobles might go down as the worst player to ever cash at the main event.
The luckiest group was Dimitri’s table.
Joseph Trashem
How many lemons did Dimitri Nobles sell in his lifetime?
12:21 She was really into that hug
Hachem saying "one time" 😅.
The hand where Nobles calls with Q10 on the River… what are y’all doing there? Sure we can see the cards but that’s an insta-fold. Dude is not shoving there with any less than AQ 100%. Terrible play back then
Horrible call with tha j9
He was the worst player by far
5:10 Is this a sign of strength?
Nobels was wreckless i seen in atlantic city one time he was at my table playing a $500 buy tournament he lasted about 5 hands before he was knocked out he was going all in with inside straight draws lol!!
"I understand that if any more words come pouring out your (c-word) mouth, I'm going to have to eat every (f-word) chicken in this room." -- The Hound
I felt bad watching my cousins husband Joe hashem lose the pocket aces against pocket jacks and Aq
The Danzer Dash' we've all been there, leaving before the River card is dealt
The irony of that statement, is that neither Greg Raymer nor Joe Hachem were actually really amateurs when they won the Main Event. They both had a track record (Raymer even had a cash at the World Series) in other tournaments.
These old broadcasts used “pro” to mean “well-known player usually from Vegas”
Anyone know what song plays at 1:25 ?? Need it on my playlist
Bb ante kinda killed the crazy stacks
You putting same episodes guys?!?!?
Norman Chap is superb at his job.
Never was a fan of Annie Duke..
Doyle was on crutches lol
Anyone any idea why they had Friberg 'drawing dead going to the river' 11:30 against Cunningham, am i missing something couldnt he still win with his flush draw, they didnt even bother showing us what the river card was
He had Aces full AAA33 so flush and 10 was useless
@@steowens8243 Yeah for some reason i didnt see the full house, cant believe i missed the board pair on the turn
@@Jamie__1 easily done 😆👍
Booooooo indeed
classic
32:54 what does he mean by don’t bluff the turn?
I think he said: tried to bluff the turn? Shouldn't do that
When you commit chips to the pot with nothing, you make it more likely you get called and get pot committed (especially in this case when he hits a card on the turn that makes him commit more).
Surely Nobles knows he has nothing, if he just checks the turn, he doesnt have to go All In on the river. Can bet much smaller and lose way less
I don't care what anyone says, Dimitri Nobles 1) was AWESOME to watch play and 2) played incredibly well(made Day 4 of the event). He was willing to play any 2 cards.
He deserved to lose with Aces
12:35 how is that dude 21 lmao
Haha😅you are bad
Ahhh the days when guys made top pair and thought they were unbeatable. Nobles has to be the biggest punt in wsop history.
Nobles is the epitome of false confidence.
He is a horrible player. Only got lucky
