This is one of the few times TWA will recommend an official music video over a live one. The visuals are just too important to the message of this song.
Absolutely....fantastic video.
Not only that, the long note hold at the end of guitar solo is not on the studio album.
Teens and Pre-teens, warning us about the dangers we now face.
yes, definitely the most "touch grass" of the century.
and i 1000% agree with you about this being the true heart of rock/punk. and it's a beautiful f'n thing.
if these ladies end up being the voice of this new generation, then there may actually be hope after all.
This is genius shit right here. The Warning ⚠️. ❤❤❤
Yeah it’s wild that they were putting music and lyrics like this together at this age. I think Ale was like 12.
This video should have millions more views. 😎👍
Such a creative, impactful, meaningful song and video. So beyond their years. Just blows you away.
Dany was probably 16, Pau 14 and Ale 11 or 12 when they wrote that song!!!!!! Yes some kids are dum and stupid, but some are soooo awsome.
Fantastic video, yes, they were bringing back the punk rock spirit way back when they started. You’re one of the few reactors that regularly point this out, and I agree. I think that because they grew up together making music based on whatever they liked, they were lucky to avoid getting locked into the rigid genre mentality. So their sound can fly across the decades even in one song. They don’t care what it’s called. And I don’t either because it’s great. Thanks again.
Pau was amazing but Ale's bass tied it all together
Don't sleep on Ale's talent.
they are the sum of all the parts. not the warning otherwise
Awesome video! Love seeing people react to xxi century blood
Best reaction to this song in yrs... TWA DOOGIE
All Three Are Amazing Musicians and More Importantly, Amazing People !!
I get chills every single time I see this video or listen to the song, it's so true, so on point, not to mention how young they were when they wrote it, it's just amazing... great reaction as always dude keep it rockin' 🤘
Todos fuimos advertidos.
Saludos desde la Patagonia Argentina.
The Warning nos une.
I'm totally agree, the technology is blind us, the XXI century blood have to solve new problems. The Warning's creations have messages for everyone. Their music is a fresh breeze of rock & roll right now.. Great Reaction man.
This Video won 4 awards also
My fav off that album.
I heard S!ck has made it to number 8 on the Billboards for modern rock. 🤘🤘
Sierto y sige subiendo vamos por el numero 1
My best use of my phone is to play some awesome music through my headphones and go for a long walk with the dog !
It's really crazy that none of them were adults when this album and this video was released. The oldest sister which is Dany was 17. Pau was 15 and Ale 12 😮
You said it exactly... The ladies are "trying to say something about the world..." I'd say that "You have been Warned !" But I think you actualy got it long ago... The Ladies have a Warning in every song... I'm sure you will find them, just look !
👍👍 !! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ !!!
Queens of rock. An approved rock video for these young ladies. A message, when you learn how much they are hands on at the beginning and this was their art. Masters in the making. Pau reminds me of Animal from the Muppets show. 80s ❤❤❤
Yeah; she was still playing "Animal Style" back then. ⚡🤘⚡
@@MrJest2 amazing, and she's more amazing now, a Master.
XXICB
🔥⚡️🤟⚡️🔥
Even at such young ages, the girls knew exactly how the world was becoming for their generation. The Internet as a god and that addiction to what we've created has become more of a downfall for humanity rather than a positive. Again this is why Ale, Dany and Pau are such a blessing to music. They can say, what the world is afraid to admit. #GetWarned
Yay! Glad you made it to this one. I knew you'd dig the video, the song, the message, the whole enchilada! I honestly think that their four-album stretch from XXI Century Blood, Queen of the Murder Scene, Error, and the upcoming Keep Me Fed is one of the best 4-peats in rock history. For me, I have to go to legendary bands like Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath to find comparable density of so many awesome songs packed into 4 straight albums. Mind-boggling!
🤘🤘🤘
I told yaaaaaa!!!! they were ready to own the world back then haha. Not gonna lie, it’s hard to pick one after this. But I know you love Pau! Have you reacted to Narcisista? It’s in Spanish and they always end their events with that one (and Evolve). If you search for the live version at Teatro Metropolitan you’ll see Pau getting on front unleashed singing and performing like a veteran beast while inviting her coach at the drums. She is pure dynamite!
The Foro Didi is better as it was the first time they played it and Pau is still angry while on the kit. TN she is just having fun and takes away from the meaning of the song. but her teacher did a great job on her kit
⚡
So young and so aware beyond their undeniable talent and charisma! Sometimes I find myself reflecting on these girls! They have "that certain something" that makes me think they might have a social "mission" towards the youth of Gen Z! Could it be that they were really sent by the GOD of Rock??? 🤣 I'm 62 years old and since '90 music i've never loved a rock band as i do with these girls! I'm almost obsessed and NEVER tired to hear their music! How is it possible, i ask me!!!
it absolutely stops you in your tracks,, an "ARE YOU KIDDING ME" moment!
They have enough material to do 90 days of The Warning......just saying! LOL
Loving these brother!
Lyrics are mindblowing!
Watch this as example: it was released March 2017 when Daniela was 17, Paulina 15 and Alejandra 12!!!!! The lyrics, the video itself was amazing... i'm blown away!!!
omg... Alejandra is still a baby in this video xD
She’s 12 at this time
This was 7 years ago ..they are so aware in life ..amazing song ..🔥🤘
"This is Punk Rock Spirit"...
... Hail Yeah!!! 🎶🤘🇲🇽🖤
They won some awards for this video.
Great reaction and review! Love the song!
Clear MATRIX vibes!!!
Awesome video, may be my favorite of all time! 👍😎
The leap represents taking a chance, put down your phone and jump into something scary. You will find that it doesn't kill you, and that your actions will influence others to step outside their comfort zone.
Great Reaction 🎬🤘⚡🤘 RORH
That was a great reaction!!!! Loved it 🤘🏾⚡️🤘🏾
A super accurate and brutally honest social commentary written and performed by children! One of the very best music videos as well!
You have been warned by The Warning and Nature's Factory.
Yeah, well, professional video crew and producers don't come cheap. 😋
Nature's Factory deserve a big thumbs up for supporting TW.....👍
It’s absolutely amazing that they wrote this song when they were just teenagers and Ale was only 12 years old
Thanks man, I knew you'd enjoy it...
BTW I think you haven't watched the OMV for Enter Sandman with Alessia Cara, but some parts of both vids were shot in the same location (in Monterrey, Mex), you already did the live version, but maybe you should check out the OMV too...
Anyway thanks again, looking forward to the next one!
El rock de The Warning tremendamente adictivo ,XXI CENTURY BLOOD ,gran tema un excelente riff y maravilloso solo ,Dany y sus solos melódicos wow
I think we need a full album listen of QOTMS. You'd be blown away by the storytelling. It's a legit rock opera and Dany's voice acting is ridiculous.
So much said in such a short time!
Love Ale's Bass line❤
Great review and reaction. The general interpretation of the jump from the building is that it was a symbolic “Leap of Faith” that he would survive the break with technology… and he did!
"What the heck!?" just about sums up not only this music video, but The Warning as a whole. Three phenomenal young women with a mission.
The Warning!! 🔥 🤘
What a fantastic reaction! Dude, I have seen this video a trillion times, and always love when people react to it for the first time. This one and "Evolve" from the MTV Awards. Friggin awesome band!
This song cemented my addiction to the The Warning! 🤘🤘A plethora of signed bands wish they had at least one song this good! They were really young, independent and wrote a song that is now timeless!
Wow, I just noticed how little they were. Seven years ago, that would make them 12, 15 and 17 for Dany. When I was 12 I was recording this tunes on cassette tapes lol
This was their first album title track, these girls are freaks of nature this was self produced. I knew you would like this video and song. I’m a very very old Rock Metal head and I haven’t been this excited for a new band in the last 30 years. They wrote the album when they were 11, 13 and 15. There is a great intro of them doing 3 songs the title is You have been warned Ted Talks University of Nevada. Sorry I can’t send you the links but a friend of mine sent me this shortly after it came out (7 or so years ago) it blew me away I’ve been a fan of The Warning ever since. These ladies are bring back thru genius determination and love of the sound of rock and most importantly the message thru incredible lyrics and passion. Thank you for doing this video but I knew it was a given you were going to love it! Check out You have been Warned! Ted Talks God Bless Rock On Stay Safe!🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Dude!! I'm really enjoying your reactions!👍
hi, I hope that for today's live you do the Ted Talk that they did in 2017, where they talk about what it was like to record XXICB and the passion they feel for what they do, it's very inspiring. There are 3 songs, and Pau destroys the drum set. It lasts 20 minutes or so and we, the army, can and will see it a million times.
🤘⚡🤘⚡🤘⚡
Think I've been asking for this in the comments on every live one you've done since you started alternating between "live" and "MV" great to see that you are reay getting it and are so into it also.
The irony is that we are all hanging out with you here and vibing with this "Warning",
ON OUR PHONES
I think him jumping off the building is simply a metaphor for what he's about to do. That's how I read it.
The Matrix!
So happy to see you out here killin it. Keep kickin ass brother!
Peeking under my blindfold posting this hoping for likes or mentions. Yep. I got the message. I hope we all pull the plug and learn how to love each other.
Peace out and another great reaction to these important rockers.
Viva la Warning....🤘🤭🤘
Thanks for that great reaction.🤘
I just love a reactor and reaction that goes moment by moment taking in the movement, the music, the plot, scenery, implications, cinematography, solos, and staredowns as they come. Too many people try to 'Oh it's this kind of song', or 'Oh, I think I get it now (stops paying attention)'. The whole point of the video is to be here now, not in some abstract universe. The biggest abstract universe we inhabit is our own brains. Take a break! Experience reality moment to moment.
I quit engineering to go work outside and I've never regretted it. Put your hands in the mud and sing in the rain. We only live once friends.
Amazing the hooks, riffs, bass, drums, the solo and vocals are stunning. Great video love the stare down at the end epic way to end it. Oh they were as Pau said children blows my mind every time I think about it. Great reaction thank you.
the guy in the car that removes his blindfold first is the director 😜
TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
Thank you and excuse me for nagging on about reacting to this but I think you understand why this is a must watch piece of Warning history. It is amazing how well aware and level headed they were at such young ages. By the time this video released they already rejected some major players in the industry because they always wanted to turn them into the next colourless teenage cashcow popband. You can hear them talk about it in their TedX talk from 2017 and they play three songs from the XXI Century Blood album so that's my next suggestion. th-cam.com/video/pj5ue3M-v6o/w-d-xo.html Another must watch piece of Warning history in my humble opinion. 😇
We all know Ords touches the grass. I love your shirt buddy. Incredible video.
Track 1, Side 1, Album 1. Straight out of the gate, they punch us in the gut, and it keeps on keeping on. It hits hard, and keeps getting more powerful.
I think they were around the same age when they covered the Foo Fighter’s “The Pretender”. They were 11, 13 & 15 then. Great reaction as always!!🤟TWA
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
🤘🎸
Great journey, man. Really enjoy what you're doing and your perspectives.
I just got done listening to the album (again). It's amazing what they were writing at that age.
Well, I love technology, and I am fairly good tech savvy person myself, but... here is the funny thing for you All, my average phone screen usage per week is 26 min.
This song has a great message and lovely Punk Rock feel. Plus, this video has also a nice Martix symbolism in it ( Pau's favorite movie is Matrix after all!).
⚡Viva la WARNING⚡
NWSU/FloorFan/Epican/Ayreonaut/TWA 🤘😎🤘.
The Warning are here to kick ass and chew bubblegum...
🤘🏻⚡️🔥
This album came out in 2017, so this may be even older than that. I remember an interview from back then and Dany said they had 40-50 songs in the works in their notebooks.
Incredible awareness at a young age = genius. 🤘 From the heart. Great production too! Dani’s voice was ALREADY Killah! Album #2 is a concept album 😧 Who writes that at 13-18 years old? 🤘🕊❤️🤘⚡️⚡️⚡️
Checkout their Whiskey A GO Go Concert great reaction
One of 6 or 7 masterpieces from their first L.P.
Two things. Notice in the beginning the guy in the Mini takes off his blinder, and when they bring him out, the blind is shoved in his mouth. So the message is if you see you'll be censored.
Second thing - Ale was in fifth grade when they made this video.
I think they are 15 13 10 as Ale is still playing her 3/4 size fender mustang in this.
While everyone else is driving regular cars, these three Ladies are driving Race Cars compared to everyone else. They've been far ahead of everyone.
Good reaction.
At that time Ale was only 12 yo... incredible girls. Amazing video with mexican skyline and mexican actors!!!
I am always amazed that most(not you)reactors, the first words they say are "I need one of those phones!" The words from this song, the meaning of those words, get lost by most new fans of TW, because they don't know that the music draws you in, but the lyrics SET THE HOOK!!! Even with Keep Me Fed, an album they wanted to have fun with, the lyrical implications are there.
Thought yould like this one! Another great reaction to one f'n fantastic video! Couple days and youll want another vudeo....maybe check out martirio....you wont be sorry!
And this was 2 years before Noise by Nightwish!
17, 15, and 12 when they made this.
Other TWA people called that a leap of faith, not suicide.
They are Gen Z; this is their story.
i always wonder how many others notice the number on the indoctrination pod the baby is placed into... many of us think it may be a shout out to YES and their 1983 album _"90125"_ which was released two years after Yes broke up... you can find a few links to that album in its entirety... not really a music video as it is only the music but you can also find OMVs for some of the songs on that album... the OMV for the first song on that YES album also has a similar theme as this video with "culprits" and "recovery agents"... the video and whole album is a great trip back in time...
so back to this original video by DPA/TW... yes, the imagery is awesome and extremely thought provoking... there's a lot being said in there... one of the main things is about taking a leap of faith and leaving things behind... this is absolutely a track about social media, technology, and how they affect people in ways they don't know or understand... in this case, everyone is so wrapped up in their devices and social media that they cannot see what is going on around them... thus the blindfolds... notice, too, the colors used... when someone takes their blindfold off, the world lights up in the prettier colors of reality...
the video was nominated for and won numerous awards back in 2017...
- LA CINEFEST Semifinalist 2017
- Feel The Reel IFF, Audience Award October 2017
- Official Selection Austin Music Video Festival 2017
- Best Music Video Nominee Pantalla de Cristal Festival 2017
- I Filmmaker International Film Festival Official Selection 2017
- Best Script / Narrative Music Videos Pantalla de Cristal Festival 2017
- Best Music Video Around Films International Film Festival Barcelona April 2017
(not listed in any specific order)
anyway, great reaction... yes, you're not the only one to be totally shocked at that one point in the video! 😹
TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
S!CK is at #8 on the Billboard mainstream music chart.
10, 13, and 15 when it was written in 2016 😮
Maybe it's becoming more popular because of them? I know it has for me.
Pau is so Keith moon here ..present day she’s John Bonham …
