Red Kayn Radiant Vertue is really strong in late Thx to R + Mythic, the 9 seonds heals stack while ur in Utimate and then Procs around +1600 hp after R release, could be even better with Spirit Visage vs AP Comps ;) in late with red pot heal 15% of ur Physicals Dmg, u can reach up too around +2000hp healed per ult with Revitalize (makes ur heal 10% stronger while ur below 40% health).

I don't agree on early lethality. The formular for actual armor penetration is Lethality * (0.4 + (0.6 / 18 * Level)). The earlier you build lethality, the less it does.
