Riot balance team uses math to predict how changes will balance they don't playtest. Listen to how Phreak talks about levers and percentages tied to specific scalings, they just guess and assume they are right.

I don't really agree with the previous statement, but I heard that pro players prefer to train and play on the KR server rather than on the CN superserver, so there must be a reason. The current rank 1 on the KR server is Viper with over 2000lps, one of the best ADC in the world.
He might be a good Qiyana, but not as good as Midbeast Qiyani, and WAY less good if Midobeasto ate UNI while playing Qiyana (called KUNI? I think there, correct me if I'm wrong)

If you dominate your lane you should win the game most of the time. You win your own lane and then you make sure the enemy bot cant plas usually as thats the wincon most games
@@fontanek In such cases its pretty hard to win but in low elo still possible.. you never fight a fed toplaner those champs can 1v2 easily when ahead. Also bruisers completely counter assassins, the only type of champs able to kill them is other bruisers, mages or adcs so your best bet is getting your adc strong in that case but really you should focus on making the rest of enemy team so behind that the toplane gap doesnt matter.
The reason Aurora's winrate went up is because people got better at her, and her winrate was rising per day as people learn her, not because the QOL buff outweighed the nerfs. Midbeast, you are completely wrong about this one.
