Beifeng isn't using the first strike bug btw. Its a scaling champ meta and he's playing a scaling build simple as that. If you want to use the bug you have to hit the second half of a Q and swap to another element before the first Q hits. The bug doesn't proc first strike twice it just gives you a third proc of your passive which first strike is then applied to.
Qiyana as a champion is just buggy as hell when you get enough games in to notice. Her R gets iffy at certain points, and if you q-w-q with the w-q part being instant, it doesn't actually reset her passive to the last element at all and the passive only procs once. Though on another note, mad probs to Beifeng, the entire laning phase I noticed him waiting for his q to hit before actually w'ing, he wasn't abusing the bug whatsoever.
Her ultimate is not iffy at all. I one trick Qiyana, never had or noticed any bugs with her ultimate. The only bugs is with her Q not hitting minions behind a creep sometimes (it should hit max 3 if they are in range) and the passive not resetting, that's about it.

Sometimes the initial shockwave completely dissapears if you flash mid animation. Sometimes using Q-R-WQ causes the stun to not register. Sometimes people can literally walk into ur R stun and take no damage or ignore the whole ability whatsoever with no shields or anything.

the bug with double passive proc (Q > W while Q mid air) was fixed in 12.14. although there is worse thing that makes qiyana's target not reset W's element while first strike is active when u make QWQ combo. that makes qiyana lose some damage and it is so frustrating on her.

the problem with Qiyana now in the super server is that the server itself loves to play aggressively. So any scaling champion won't be able to scale when people just go all out during the early levels. And the fact that an early game champion like Qiyana isn't able to get any early kills off anymore makes that even harder for Beifeng to climb.
I think the bug is a feature, since whenever you deal damage with Q using qiyana with passive, it should be counted as 2 types of damage at the same time. idk, not a qiyana main XD
This qiyana build was used two years ago and often used conqueror vs tankier teams and it was what got me to main qiyana and i still do the build but i didnt realize about this first strike bullshit and im about to have a real fun time

I tried this in practice tool, i think it actually procs thrice, one in ur currenr element, the second one is ur base weapon without an element and the third once is when u w again to get a different element

Qiyanas lasts 3 seconds and breaks when you leave it or make any action aside from W. Akali's lasts like 10 seconds and she can attack and leave the zone and still go back into it. Not to mention it's bigger by the end so much easier to escape from.

qiyana counters tryndamere in mid to late game when you get enough cdr, you can almost perma bush which makes tryndamere all in onto yourself useless
Tryndamere is an annoying champ to play against and that's the only way you can even win lane against him, by spamming invisibility brush.
