What makes Pablo and Josh's participation in the event extra special is the fact that it was more than just a PPOP community gathering. After all, it was a movement and call for a better and brighter education system in the PH. Pablo shouted during their 'Akala' performance: "Patuloy nating ilalaban, kalidad (at) libreng edukasyon para sa lahat." (Let us continue fighting for a free and (good) quality education for all." He was an "isko" (short for "iskolar", "scholar" in English), having graduated from one of the country's prestige state universities. Josh once struggled with his studies because of poverty. Their presence and voice during the event were never empty. And being part of the country's most influential PPOP group in this age really mattered in the advocacy.
Thanks to the all PPOP groups and local performers who joined this movement. 🥰
P. S. They had their TikTok live on Valentine's Day. That was a very chaotic and fun one. 😂

I thought I couldn’t be prouder of them as a group, but now that they have decided to divide and conquer, I find that pride growing exponentially as they shine brighter still in their individual endeavors. Pablo belongs on the stage, and this zhuzhed-up rockstar grunge is so becoming, as are all the other personas he takes on when in the zone. This is special too as he kept repeating the importance of education for all, and you can feel his passion for this cause. (Trivia: I don’t know how many hours in between as Josh came on midnight I believe, but Josh was off stage recording this perf on his phone. He too no doubt so proud of his younger brothers on stage).
You are dead on, it would be the biggest injustice if these boys don’t get what they so rightly deserve: the global recognition and the grandest of stages. These are masterful artists, excellent well rounded performers with something important to say in a way only they can.
Lets shout for this!!! They are indeed deserving!

Right??? I’m so happy I’m not alone in tearing up when I see them perform sometimes. Recently, Pablo’s been doing this to me. I feel like an extraordinary sap but I’m just so happy they’re getting to do all this. They truly deserve the world as an audience. I hope the world deserves them. Pablo’s music especially.
The first time I watched the UP Fair fancams, him shouting wanting quality free education for all had me blubbering for some reason. I guess it was for appreciation and admiration to start but also for his empathy. Quality education is not easily reachable for most Filipinos so it’s extremely important for people who go or have gone to state universities (like Pablo). So yeah, I love him for that and for so many other things. I think I’m turning into a full-fledged “hatdog.” Shot!❤

What's funny in the Akala part, Pablo and Josue is already saying their goodbyes and was about to leave the stage but the band still kept on playing so they sang the chorus again for the last time. And even as they exited the stage the band still kept on playing as if they still wanted the Nase brothers to keep on performing.

@@K-tin oooh, lucky you! I wish I could be there! I live just an hour away from UP. However, I have small kids that I can't leave at home, so unless there's gonna be a daytime concert, I doubt I'll be able to ever see them or SB19 live.

Just to add, I think they were a hit in the crowd as their band (called Mighty Band, which makes me think is a wordplay on the super adhesive brand in the Philippines called Mighty Bond haha) kept on playing even if they were already exiting, did you see Pablo's grin? lol

All the performers that night/day were amazing and I was there right in the barricade. so even though Pablo went onstage exactly 12am already (take note the concert starts when the sun is still up), we were still so hyped up. I'm so energized that I sang (or should I say screamed) the whole La Luna with Pablo...😂😅

Live band hype hits different. SB19 used a live band during their 2-day Pagtatag Kickoff concert. I also wish they use them again on their next major concert. It really is a totally different ballgame, and what makes them standout from all other boy groups.
