It's crazy that they went from this interview to celebrating the opening of their company 1Z Entertainment's new office complex just a day a go. They had big dreams and they are all coming true! They have always maintained that they wanted to promote Filipino music worldwide. It's not just about them. They said they were training from 2 pm to 11 or 12 in the evenings 24/7 3 years prior to their debut. In their interview with the JUANS they recounted how PABLO would start working at 3 am until 12 noon then go straight to training.
Real talk, filipinos can be a die hard fans or an all out haters. SB19 proved themselves that with an amount of training, passion in their craft, talents can be honed and developed into a world-class level. With their perseverance and humility, they finally climbing the stairs of success. I just recently discovered them and i was in awe with how great they are. Im not a stanning kind of person but with them i became one. Tilaluha is one of my favorite, along with Mapa, Liham and Ilaw. I created a playlist that solely play their music. Salute to these young men for their music and amazing talents. Bazinga! My pure appreciation to all the people around the world who believed and recognised their talents. Amen to this. I stopped listening to OPM since I moved to the US and just didn’t like the sad high pitch songs Filipino artists were releasing. I’m not even a Kpop fan but once I discovered these guys, I have to have a dose everyday and shared to all my friends. They make me so happy from their amazing songs to their Showbreak videos hahah.

I have yet to see another Filipino boy band to achieve what SB19 have achieved within the past 5 years. They just dedicated the new office of 1Z Entertainment called The Zone and their partner brands were in full force. The office was so beautiful it even have a mini cafe. This was the day after Justin had a Mediacon for the launching of his solo, Surreal. So among the 5 of them, only Stell hasn't released any solo yet. Isn't it ironic that their main vocals haven't done that yet? Who knows, he might come up with his solo EP.

On the 27:53 mark: When they were starting, they had a lot of hater, that much was true. The general perception was they were copycats and haters were kpop fans, and those who find kpop corny. However, not everyone hated them. They had a lot of fans who stood up for them then, and are still loyal fans until now. Public perception started to change when they got recognition from Billboard. That was also when non Filipinos started to listen to their music and eventually became fans. Btw, they have American haters too when they started to become global. But I bet they are now eating their words.

On the 27:53 mark: When they were starting, they had a lot of hater, that much was true. The general perception was they were copycats and haters were kpop fans, and those who find kpop corny. However, not everyone hated them. They had a lot of fans who stood up for them then, and are still loyal fans until now. Public perception started to change when they got recognition from Billboard. That was also when non Filipinos started to listen to their music and eventually became fans. Btw, they have American haters too when they started to become global. But I bet they are now eating their words.

Every time they perform in the malls, there are thousands of A’tin who cheer them. And the fandom gets bigger every year.
