Kabam over nerfs kits today, if they want her to be a true power stealer, let her steal power every special. In any power gain matchup she won’t cut it.
She can nullify power gain buffs reliably, and most passive power gain isn’t potent enough to be an issue. On top of that, she reduces the amount of power they gain and takes it for herself even without her specials.

To be all the way fair, Kabam didn't have to make Gladiator suck. Blame the dipshits bitching about him as yet another OP Cosmic before they even finished him. No reason he couldn't have been a Human Torch/Nimrod-style class advantage nuke or even a Cosmic that destroys Cosmics.
