Hi Marquita, I flew to Panama from Guatemala and I needed a covid test before leaving and flying into Panama. I went a few months ago, so I am not sure what their restrictions are now. Pls, visit their Country website for up-to-date information I shot my entire VLOG on my iPhone. For taking pictures, I use my phone timer and set it up on a small tripod I purchased from Best Buy.
