Authentic Mexican street tacos always come double wrapped. The one next to the filling absorbs the heat and moisture while the outside one keeps it all together.

Man you should come back to Memphis(when everything has calmed down) & try your hand with Southaven. They have a few restaurants that are "ok" but they are still stuck in the times on some things
