Such a sad day! 😭 I never had issues with RightStuf either! It was my go to as well. I never knew Crunchyroll had a store. 🤭 I DID THE SAME THING! I was adding preorders and then noticed the code didn’t work 😂 I got so excited I didn’t read the fine print! 😋
I’ve got all my preorders til the end of the year in. So I’ll be watching lots of reviews for ordering manga from Crunchyroll and then deciding if I’ll be shopping on CR. I’m nervous about the shipping because I haven’t heard great things about CR’s packaging. But hopefully they up their game. 🤞🏼

I also still have a bunch of open orders. Thankfully their site didn’t completely shut down and I can still see them. As for Crunchyroll, I still haven’t placed an order but I will soon just to see what their packaging is like. Hopefully their customer service is better than RSA if I do have an issue. I’ll keep you update 👍

I’m honestly devastated I’ve ordered from them for over 10 years my collection wouldn’t be what it is without it, I’ve never ordered from Crunchyroll and have heard mostly negative things so hopefully I’m wrong and nothing changes just the name of the website and everyone from Rightstuf is still around packing are orders in some way
