- This is a behind the scenes episode of our trip to Annapolis where Colin blindly bids on upgrading the whole crew to business class, with the minimum possible offer, and actually wins! By the time he realizes this was a very expensive mistake, it was too late!
SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. We found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are now sailing across the Pacific Ocean!!

I've been watching you guys and other channels grow for of couple years now. This is the 3rd week in a row I have had to RE-SUBSCRIBE and not just your channel but Delos, Nahoa and several others. Excellent video as always! I attended your Patreon meetup...it was a blast. My friends and I also had tickets to the awards presentation...it was great too! Both events were the highlight of our first visit to the Annapolis Sailboat Show. In honesty, I signed up to be a patreon in August so I could attend your meetup. I'm sorry to say I missed the Patreon photograph because I didn't hear the announcement to gather in the hotel lobby....the noise in the meeting area was just too much....and the PA system wasn't that great either. But I still had a great time.

Yes pretty cool when you get the chance to fly Business class deal. Well worth it with the lounge, meals, drinks and comfort. Shit you had alot of product coming back to the boat with you. Jamie, I love that you shared openly and were vulnerable about your nervousness…to me that is key in helping to get through it… I had a similar experience when I had to give a best man speech. Right off the bat, I opened up with how nervous I was, and how I had no idea what I was doing. It got a laugh, which immediately calmed my nerves…. Authenticity and vulnerability is what I feel connects people because you are being REAL! Well done guys…keep inspiring people not only in the boating world, but with everyday life and challenges!

Hi Colin, and the wonderful team at Parley revival , I lost my right leg above the knee in 2018 it was a hard time in my life. I always love sailing and always dreamt about buying a yacht. When I retire. When I had the accident I was 58 years old, and wasn’t that long of retiring, but unfortunately their dream of buying a yacht is now irrelevant. It’s too hard to get around with one leg but I am fortunate enough that I can drive a car and ride a three wheel motorbike and I’ve got a teardrop camper that I can go camping with my two dogs. Keep up the good work guys really inspires me what you get up too Cliff from Logan City, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺🧑🏾🦽
