Well I can’t live it like I used to, but am still involved. I previously sold Highline jewelry. Lots of diamonds and Gold… beautiful for five years, then I sold and sailed and raced sailboats for a living. 27 years worth. I couldn’t wait to get to work everyday. It gave you almost everything you could dream about. Especially the outdoor beauty. You could feel the closeness of the Lord. Was really enlightening with no engines running. Then you get excitement. The big National type races. Officiating most later on. At times the gift of pressure. The beauty of pretty girls aboard who were also professionally smart, and as hooked on the boats as well. Then add music like this when just absorbing the sail…. This almost puts me back aboard…. Thank You!
Today is the first time this has appeared in my feed. I had spent the last hour reciting the prayer, " I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, " directing it individually to all my family and friends, and the world. I did this in order to connect us on the soul level, as I am you, and You are me, I am the Universe, as we are all the Universe, and we are all One. It was a very powerful process. I immediately after found this ❤. So I have meditated listening to this.

Thank you for this beautiful music. I believe this is an older video, but I found it at a perfect time. As noted by the date of this post, the world is now in it's 7th or 8th month of the pandemic. At my age (I am 70), I have learned to not panic so have used the last many months to read, meditate and just try to stay as healthy as possible in mind, body and soul. My husband of 50 years is doing the same. As much as we all want to get back to normal I guess if anything positive has come from this world wide pandemic, it is my hope people will adapt to loving each other more across states, countries, nations etc. I have lived my life always wondering " why can't all races, religious affiliations, genders, "just get along". People of the world, whoever may be reading this, our time on this planet is SO short, even if we may live to 100 years. Please don't waste it being angry or hateful to each other. I have lived in the USA my entire life. I love my country, but like all others it too has faults that I think love can change. Too simple? Perhaps, but If even just a few people in every nation could somehow get this point across in their own lands, I believe our world could heal. Music of this type is a start, don't you think? May you all be safe and keep an ever growing love for our universe in your open hearts. ❤️

How can anyone not feel the OM? A few years ago when I was stranded in Spain and walking along a mountain coastal road, I heard the OM, (for real). When you have heard it, you never forget the experience and it changes your life forever. I was walking in Still Mind Meditation at At-One with the surrounding nature, and suddenly I heard it. I want to relive the experience because I never felt closer to the Ultimate Reality as I did then.
To experience again ... and again Nd again .u have to meditate sister. Follow SRF ( if u live in Europe or US ) ......paramahansa yogananda gave the techniques to the west ....one of which is Om technique . Namaste 🙏

I can understand what happened with you but my vocabulary to explain spiritual things is somewhat less. I studied spirituality in Prakrut language and it's difficult and very time consuming to translate word by word.

Not all sound is music however--we know music is good by the effect it has on us--does it bless us? Inspire us? Move us towards goodness? The test is how music affects our character.

When my two year old is tired but doesn't want to sleep along with a bad mood, I play a basic OM mantra to interupt the fit and reconnect him with reality. Then I play this to calm him. Asleep in minutes, and calms me down too!

This healed me in the year 2020. Fighting with mental health, I would play this on a speaker and walk through forests humming along to it. I would go into a trance like state and feel myself being cleansed from within. It really does heal you 🙏♥✨

God is too Great to be understood in only one religion.
There is no god or whatsoever. God or religion are man-made concepts. Stop being a religious moron. Stop being brainwashed by religion. Use your brain. Open your eyes. What I object to, is any outward violence. Religion is a way of life, and some take it to the extreme of being intolerant of other ways of life. This intolerance is rooted in society, and religion, as an expression of that society, takes on its characteristics.
Harsh words tend to create disharmony and anger. I'm all for the discussion what is God, but if its tainted with arrogance and inflated ego it probably won't go far. I'm curious, what would you call that which is beyond a personal identity, beyond the self, free from ignorance, hatred and wanting?
God would agree! But we need means to overcome our idea of seperateness from the rest of the world - and this mantra is a very powerful one!
Instead of all the angst, let us live and let live, all the human constructs of god depict a one. and we are all one, we are all born of one consciousness, replace the word one with god, and you have most of the religions of the world. we are not so different, let your life bring you Peace...

Very, very beautiful! 'Soham' means I am That'. 'That' means the very source of creation. If you bring some awareness into to your breath, become conscious of it, every inhalation makes the sound 'SO' and exhalation has the sound 'HAM'. Try it and see. Our breath itself reminds us that we are part of something much bigger, we are THAT. We aren't individuals but life, there's just life all around. And fundamentally we are all ONE. But we are too caught up in our psychological drama. If only we look beyond that and see, the very way we live life will change. It'll be all inclusive. Which is the most beautiful way to be. :)

Inhale on the Soooooooo, through the nose. Exhale on the haaaaaam , out of the nose. Breath in white bright healing light, breath out dark negative illness light. 🌞😀. Try it for 15 mins with eyes closed and relaxed. 😇
British Bob the exhale is thru the nose also. When you inhale/ exhale thru the nose so ham is the natural sound your breathing makes. Look at the point between your eyebrows too, it automatically slows your thoughts. Simple effective meditation I teach my patients, even if they just try it for sleep problems.

Church? No thanks. Give me the earth, sweet smelling - soft grass to sit on, a small fire with incense, the wind on my face, the sun at my back, and the sky both day and night above my head. Those are my Teachers when I need Spiritual Awareness. Those are my salvation of inner peace .. they are more real than anything else and above all, are elder to any thing on this planet. Those are constant and pure of what the world is really all about. You do not have to go to church, to be a part of a Universe.
I like church, a place to turn inside, and may have concentrated energetics - but I feel embarassed among the other people, I avoid ceremonies

As someone who went to church for 43 years I did at times have peace, mingled with guilt, shame, and never feeling I measured up. I’m so grateful I know that those teachings are wrong now. What a liberating feeling that “I am” brings. When you remember the truth of who and what you are you are forever changed and FREE!!!! I find way more peace and love ❤️ in nature than in a stuffy dimly lite building. ✨✨

This is absolutely stunning and so so powerful. It’s Friday evening here and what a soothing transit into the weekend. It just helped to eliminate any negativity ( especially in this current pandemic) and helped me to be completely in the moment. I’m going to do a yoga practice to this in the morning. 🙏🏼

I awoke with this on my phone. I gain't sleep without phone company to rest me. It is April 5th 2024 I have read all the sweet wishes ,words put down 2 yrs ago 3 years ago r yrs ago and it brought me to tears. These times are hard because people are divided and wars have erupted or still fighting like Ukraine and now Isreal and Humas. In Gasa. People are hungry hurt and pain children are leaving for heaven . As i write this the tears are so flowing i cannot stop them . Here in the United States families are so divided in politics and have lost over a million died in Covid. This works is in chaos and i pray that as people read this know that my heart reaches out with prayers to all. The ones that wrote before me ,i hope you reacieved your blessings of healings and love.
