I awoke with this on my phone. I gain't sleep without phone company to rest me. It is April 5th 2024 I have read all the sweet wishes ,words put down 2 yrs ago 3 years ago r yrs ago and it brought me to tears. These times are hard because people are divided and wars have erupted or still fighting like Ukraine and now Isreal and Humas. In Gasa. People are hungry hurt and pain children are leaving for heaven . As i write this the tears are so flowing i cannot stop them . Here in the United States families are so divided in politics and have lost over a million died in Covid. This works is in chaos and i pray that as people read this know that my heart reaches out with prayers to all. The ones that wrote before me ,i hope you reacieved your blessings of healings and love.

I feel your sadness, and pain. I too have the same sentiments. I wake up in the middle of night praying and crying for the same reasons. So many, many people have lost the love in their heart for mankind. People blame God, but it is man who instills hate, fear , pain, suffering, war, genocide, famine and chaos. Greed, power, control, deception are the evil one’s handy work in the world. This is how he enlists others into his web of destruction. Always bring love, kindness, compassion in your corner of the world. As individuals in a chaotic world, that’s really all we can do. God is always with us. The question becomes are we willing to follow HIS ways. May God bless, keep you in his care, provide peace and serenity in your life and to HIM give thanks. 💕🙏

Well I can’t live it like I used to, but am still involved. I previously sold Highline jewelry. Lots of diamonds and Gold… beautiful for five years, then I sold and sailed and raced sailboats for a living. 27 years worth. I couldn’t wait to get to work everyday. It gave you almost everything you could dream about. Especially the outdoor beauty. You could feel the closeness of the Lord. Was really enlightening with no engines running. Then you get excitement. The big National type races. Officiating most later on. At times the gift of pressure. The beauty of pretty girls aboard who were also professionally smart, and as hooked on the boats as well. Then add music like this when just absorbing the sail…. This almost puts me back aboard…. Thank You!

Thank you for this beautiful music. I believe this is an older video, but I found it at a perfect time. As noted by the date of this post, the world is now in it's 7th or 8th month of the pandemic. At my age (I am 70), I have learned to not panic so have used the last many months to read, meditate and just try to stay as healthy as possible in mind, body and soul. My husband of 50 years is doing the same. As much as we all want to get back to normal I guess if anything positive has come from this world wide pandemic, it is my hope people will adapt to loving each other more across states, countries, nations etc. I have lived my life always wondering " why can't all races, religious affiliations, genders, "just get along". People of the world, whoever may be reading this, our time on this planet is SO short, even if we may live to 100 years. Please don't waste it being angry or hateful to each other. I have lived in the USA my entire life. I love my country, but like all others it too has faults that I think love can change. Too simple? Perhaps, but If even just a few people in every nation could somehow get this point across in their own lands, I believe our world could heal. Music of this type is a start, don't you think? May you all be safe and keep an ever growing love for our universe in your open hearts. ❤️

Today is the first time this has appeared in my feed. I had spent the last hour reciting the prayer, " I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, " directing it individually to all my family and friends, and the world. I did this in order to connect us on the soul level, as I am you, and You are me, I am the Universe, as we are all the Universe, and we are all One. It was a very powerful process. I immediately after found this ❤. So I have meditated listening to this.

How can anyone not feel the OM? A few years ago when I was stranded in Spain and walking along a mountain coastal road, I heard the OM, (for real). When you have heard it, you never forget the experience and it changes your life forever. I was walking in Still Mind Meditation at At-One with the surrounding nature, and suddenly I heard it. I want to relive the experience because I never felt closer to the Ultimate Reality as I did then.
To experience again ... and again Nd again .u have to meditate sister. Follow SRF ( if u live in Europe or US ) ......paramahansa yogananda gave the techniques to the west ....one of which is Om technique . Namaste 🙏

I would faithfully go to church every week without resistance if i had this choir. A church where no one talks or talks very little and allows the magical the sounds to heal, calm and balance the energy. This music brings about the Christ consciousness within one. No Babbel from the Bible but sounds that vibrate positive energy.
A church without walls, a church that does not separate, a church of Christ consciousness and love. My husband and I will be there!

I can understand what happened with you but my vocabulary to explain spiritual things is somewhat less. I studied spirituality in Prakrut language and it's difficult and very time consuming to translate word by word.

When my two year old is tired but doesn't want to sleep along with a bad mood, I play a basic OM mantra to interupt the fit and reconnect him with reality. Then I play this to calm him. Asleep in minutes, and calms me down too!

This healed me in the year 2020. Fighting with mental health, I would play this on a speaker and walk through forests humming along to it. I would go into a trance like state and feel myself being cleansed from within. It really does heal you 🙏♥✨

OMG! I was surfing The Net and saw this and thought lets give it ago and WOW!!! completely blown away. When everything around you is spinning around at the speed of light, just stop, sit somewhere, put on some good headphones, play this amazing music, close your eyes and simply let you thoughts, worries, just float away and become one with peace. One of my family members is going through a bad patch in their lives and this will help them find peace even if its for 1:05 mins. Thank you is not enough but you have given me hope and I have always said that the best medicine is Music. Sorry to write a long comment too but this is how I feel. God Bless you all.

Inhale on the Soooooooo, through the nose. Exhale on the haaaaaam , out of the nose. Breath in white bright healing light, breath out dark negative illness light. 🌞😀. Try it for 15 mins with eyes closed and relaxed. 😇
British Bob the exhale is thru the nose also. When you inhale/ exhale thru the nose so ham is the natural sound your breathing makes. Look at the point between your eyebrows too, it automatically slows your thoughts. Simple effective meditation I teach my patients, even if they just try it for sleep problems.
