I'm in the process of a third eye opening at the moment, heart chakra release, and a crown awakening too. I've been processing a lot of trauma lately and coming to terms with everything. I feel like I have achieved a natural high. It's like I've become a completely different person. Almost no anxiety now, feeling confidence. Feeling compassion for everyone now, actually listening to them instead of being in my head. Ive been practicing gratitude journalling, and meditation to just get me to sit with what I was feeling. it started flowing out all of the negative energy in my body, and now I feel a tsunami of positive energy inside of me. Mental health is important. I quit all drugs, expect for alcohol for a year and a half. I'm just smoking some weed now but I will only do it on weekends, as I do with alcohol. I'm finally able to control my use, I feel much more stable now. It served me well, taught me valuable life lessons. I was suicidal at one point, and now I feel like a completely new person. I'm just grateful to be alive. To have all these people who love being around me. I finally feel joy in things again like when I was a kid. Take care of yourself, try not to be too harsh. Everyone processes things differently, and it's okay to partake in "bad activities". You are human, and you're just doing your best with what you've got. That's all anyone could ask for. I hope my message inspires anyone to dive into what they're feeling, provided you must have a good mindset to do it. Diving into things you are not ready for could be dangerous. Go at your own pace. Everyone have a blessed 2022, sending out good vibes.

A deep type of cry that comes from deep within the "SOUL". I'm in the process of a third eye opening at the moment, heart chakra release, and a crown awakening too. I've been processing a lot of trauma lately and coming to terms with everything. I feel like I have achieved a natural high. It's like I've become a completely different person. Almost no anxiety now, feeling confidence. Feeling compassion for everyone now, actually listening to them instead of being in my head. Ive been practicing gratitude journalling, and meditation to just get me to sit with what I was feeling. it started flowing out all of the negative energy in my body, and now I feel a tsunami of positive energy inside of me. Mental health is important. I quit all drugs, expect for alcohol for a year and a half. I'm just smoking some weed now but I will only do it on weekends, as I do with alcohol. I'm finally able to control my use, I feel much more stable now. It served me well, taught me valuable life lessons. I was suicidal at one point, and now I feel like a completely new person. I'm just grateful to be alive. To have all these people who love being around me. I finally feel joy in things again like when I was a kid. Take care of yourself, try not to be too harsh. Everyone processes things differently, and it's okay to partake in "bad activities". You are human, and you're just doing your best with what you've got. That's all anyone could ask for. I hope my message inspires anyone to dive into what they're feeling, provided you must have a good mindset to do it. Diving into things you are not ready for could be dangerous. Go at your own pace. Everyone have a blessed 2022, sending out good vibes.

This is so beautiful 😍!! When I close my eyes and truly listen with my heart & soul, I can't help but feel the goosebumps, my arm hair stands on edge and i can't help but cry. A deep type of cry that comes from deep within the "SOUL". The kind that makes me realize how much I miss "HOME" 😢 not here but my "REAL" home & family along with that full sence of belonging, feeling needed, wanted & appreciated. 🙏😪
The only consoling I get is from my pets because they give me the look like they understand. I begin to think of the animals, earth & environment & how much they suffer & my soul hurts more!!!😩😫😭
