I understand Jones about "scrolling down." When you move your finger DOWNWARDS on a phone (or other touchscreen), the page moves toward the top.

Thing is, he plays normal games (fps and such), with inverted controls. He is inverted.

And on a Mac the default scrolling now is inverted to match the ‘push/pull’ scrolling on a phone. Jones might just be a Mac user and is used to that.
It is still crazy to me to describe ‘scrolling down’ as moving your finger down rather than moving the page down, though.

The local burger joint definitely flips the burger after putting the cheese on to melt it for a second and then just scrapes off the thin layer of burned cheese left on the griddle. But absolutely no one flips a pizza 😂

The ‘correct’ way most burger shops do it is to cook one side of the burger, flip the burger, put the cheese on the top cooked side of the burger and then cover the burger with a bowl or some foil so the steam melts the cheese.
