Omg I had the same experience with being a first time mum and under feeding my baby girl..the nurses told me and my husband that a newborns tummy is so small and giving them more than a certain amount would cause them pain😭 my baby would cry and we honestly didnt catch on for a few days😅

I feel like you romanticize it but at the same time I feel like you are making the best out of what you have and proud of the decision!
