The oversized jacket/coat only works on a petite figure when the shoulder is not structured (loose fit with the actual shoulders). Otherwise, it would look very bulky/heavy with large shoulder pads. Also, plain colours look better than large busy patterns.
It depends on your body shape though. Roya is petite however she has long legs compared to her body giving her a longer vertical line allowing her to wear longer lines.
@@midnitebottleable Petite or otherwise if you have wider shoulders/back a structured shoulder might be too much but if you have smaller rounder shoulders you need a structured shoulder. Depends on the look your going for imo

I am petite and I never wear long skirts, its just I dont like. I loved the first two looks but I could not like that long blue checked skirt. I also love how sustainable stylist Allison is. Shes amazing

Not impressed. First, the stylist's dress wears her more than she wears it!? And the looks she came up with looked worse on Roya than her own summer outfitd. Also, Allison could've utilised some color, as Roya didn't seem to be all about browns and blacks - just look how she wears that dress in the begining of the video!
