I would love to know what sourdough recipes you've been using! I think I am wanting to give it a try! Also I totally feel you with the house being a mess. I've been struggling finding that balance ever since my son was born!
Lou: It's great that you try and get the best work out, especially the audio. Tests have been done with people viewing motion pictures. They will put up with poor visuals among other things, but will bail if the audio is sub-standard. Photo arts used to be a mystery, but with You Tube and other online content, with everyone and their pig putting out junk content, these arts have gone to the dogs. Keep up the good work.

I reaally appreciate the way you show the interactions with max, it´s almost restorative in some way, I feel when watching like I´m transported that era different than all the institutionalized interactions with many children. It is such a healing foundational time and your so in it that my spirit is reminded when I see your way of showing it. 🥰Maybe it´s the spring water I can see in your face, your eyes look so clear and alive..

If you want your bread to rise even more, I suggest to prehead the dutch oven and to put ice cubes or spray water into the dutch oven before you close the lid. The steam also creates a nice oven spring. Have a lovely summer!
That's great that you're making these visualizations to combat stress. I find that somatic exercises and physical exertion seem to work better for me. Visualizations have never worked for me, maybe they work for others though. I love watching you work with Freya! so cool.

Have a question: do you guys ever worry about ticks/lyme? We just moved to New England and are trying to figure out how not to be afraid to be in nature. You both seem so relaxed, exploring your outer environment.
Do you have heat in your kitchen? I know the other two containers have the stoves? I’m an audio engineer. What you’re describing can all be edited as the eq on post production.
