Hi Joe! I was at the Central Westgate Mall last October when I was visiting Thailand from Southern California. I rented an Airbnb in Nonthaburi next to the Yaek Tiwanon MRT station. I will be back in Nonthaburi next October 2025!

My solution for no water heater: Boil an amount of water to mix with the cold. Use a washcloth with the warm water to clean and rinse. 🚿

I didn't need one to get married to my Thai wife, and in fact didn't need to employ a law firm for anything. Took my papers from British Embassy to translation service who got them translated and approved by MFA and sent back to me by EMS within 1 week. Happy New Year to you both and may God Bless you as you both enter a new phase in your lives. 😀❤🙏

nok and I just drove through the outskirts of Bangkok to her mom's home on Nakhon Nayok. it drives me nuts when you hit those ele hated roads with multiple forks and the GPS doesn't know what to do? always have to re route costs us half an hour

Just doesn't make sense getting married.
That’s your opinion in which you have a right to. Makes sense to us. Gift wants to change her name to Green. While Gift and I plan on being together forever, a Pre Nuptial protects both of us in many ways. I personally recommend everyone consider a Pre Nuptial’s if getting married.

My wife didn't take my last name because we got married Jan 31 2020 and the next day Flew to Vietnam for our Honeymoon. Didn't know how that would affect her Thai Passport so we left it alone. Plus with all the paperwork that we went through leading up the the marriage I can't image what what would be involved in a name change. Joe you forgot to hug the cat goodbye 🤣
I’m just letting Thai Legal Protection take care of everything for us. We don’t plan on a honeymoon until later on in the year so hopefully everything works out before then. I did say goodbye to the cat but just not on camera 😊

So you just have to go to your Embassy in Bangkok and get letters to say you haven’t been married before
You go to the Embassy to certify and swear an oath that you are eligible to legally get married. Meaning you are not currently married.
