A general rule of thumb is 4-5X lot rent for snow birds (4 month minimum) and 2-3X lot rent for annual rentals. $2,500 for snow bird rentals on this home would,, honestly, be one heck of a deal.
Why would anyone buy one of the weakest flimsiest constructed home in the state that has the highest potential for catastrophic weather? Can we please use some common sense going forward????
