Paul Mitchell would be a perfect appointment as our head of recruitment. He's exactly what we need. Adding Dan Ashworth as our sporting director aswell we'd finally have a proper footballing structure in place where our club will finally operate in the right way as it should be. The club can't be run the SAF way today. As fans we need to cut the cord with the past and move on. Importantly accept this is going to take while and forget about whose fault it is.
