Vivell's record is very good, but in the case of Haaland, the player himself&his crew had a plan.
He took the right steps all along and chose Salzburg, Dortmund and never lost sight of the main goal, City.
Solskjaer tried to get him at Salzburg for some £20 mill but was not allowed.
Keep in mind that he was Haaland's manager in Molde (before Salzburg) and my impression was that Haaland was not ready for PL and did'nt think Solskjaer could help him in becomming a better player and be given enough time on the pitch.
Haaland's carriere is one of the best structured and planned out I've seen.
He has step by step chosen the right level, the right club, the right team and the right manager at the right time so far and nothing is casual.

Ineos brought hope to us United fans again it seems like everything is going forward at our club,as a 20 year old Portuguese fan i started supporting United in 2014,unfortunately one year late to see it's glory under sir Alex.

Likewise about a year too late to see the glory days only through highlights now
I started supporting in 2007 just before we won the double. I was 10 and the feeling of glory got me so hyped and loved the sport ever since.
Each decison ineos make brings me more confidence about where we are heading. Its actually enjoyable following united at the moment 😂

United desperately need to bring in Neil Bath as Director of Development. He just got let go by Chelsea for some crazy reason. He guided and oversaw the Chelsea Academy's rise to one of the best youth football academy in all of England over the past 20 years. He would be so valuable to United.

And Nick Cox as Academy Director.
United would have overhauled 20 years of poor total club management in 6 months.
If it makes sense yeah. Depends on how they view how he'd fit. His role might be similar to one that already exists but let's see what happens

before this post I thought Sporting director and technical director were the same.
@@ReverZe83 I agree. We have done really well with the academy but I think if we can add someone to the staff who has the potential to elevate the Academy even further, which I think Neil Bath could do, You make that move 10 times out of 10.

I think we will sign 3 priority players for around 110m (de ligt, Zirkzee, Ugarte) Then work on sales (Sancho, Greenwood + Whoever else) and if we can then move for other deals in the remaining budget we will (e.g Jao Neves if we raise enough money)

Hi Sam, I’m here feeling really sad. The reason is that there a a few channels out there that are basically saying ETH is only a manager for a interim period, as these channels feel that Ineos doesn’t trust him, and he will likely be sacked by Xmas. I’ve just unsubscribed from 3 channels Adam’s, Saeed and Alice, they are all popping onto each other’s channel to provide support for their views. Personally, I think whoever is the manager of Utd, we should support them, rather than knock them on social media. I’m really happy to now just belong to your channel. Melissa

I don't see the point of this video; maybe he won't succeed. While he did a decent job, it was insignificant compared to what Man Utd needs. Now, he has a major task ahead with the club. This new recruitment approach by Man Utd ensures that even if he leaves unsuccessful, there will be someone else to step in, which is a positive. However, I hope Vivell succeeds and meets expectations.
