I have been a car guy for many many years, I have also been a Christian for many many years. There are a lot of channels with car content, but I subscribed to Turnin Rust because of your faith and I subscribed to Restored for the same reason. Praise God for what He has done in your lives and the restoration of Turnin Rust. I will continue my subscription to both of your channels.
To see the compassion and passion in all of your eyes is amazing. It really shows how down to earth all you guys are. To see a family coming together and doing this as a team is such a blessing. Turnin Rust, and Restored, were both big inspirations for me starting my own channel. And personally Lance has been there for me a time or two when I needed somebody to chat with. It makes me so happy that they finally got the channel back that they worked so hard to build.

@@randallsmerna384 I don't know the details but I believe so. There were some legal disputes but it looks like Lance and Wyatt came out on top, which they should as they are the heart behind it, and that built it.
@@randallsmerna384 It was mentioned briefly ( when the channel started ) that there was a "videographer", that was not part of the family, that probably caused
some of the ownership and production issues. Lance and Wyatt have not come right out and said this - but one can read between the lines
and figure out that there was some sort of production or creative content issues. This is where Christian came in as the videographer and
behind the scenes production coordinator. It is easy to "connect the dots" to sort of figure it out. It is just how some of these things work.

TBH, I've been begging God 5 years to move in my life against the wickedness that's welled up and have yet to see anything substantial and have seen quite a bit more destruction than I ever thought. So tired and discouraged... I don't see any way out or anything being close to " working for good".
I'm thankful for your channels. My dad taught me a few things about cars and I always had to hold the light and scrape gaskets growing up.
Due to life I moved away from my parents as a young adult so I didn't get the chance to work on cars with my dad when I actually knew something. By the time that I made time to tinker with my dad, he'd been diagnosed with leukemia. We lost him about 10 years ago.
It's a blessing to see y'all working as a family. Makes my desire to work on my boys even greater.

I am a Believer in God and a Christian Its the most important thing in my life. but I'm not a Religious Person and when I see someone who can't finish a sentence without invoking God's name I remember one passage from the bible.. Mathew 6 .. Read it and It will enlighten you. I suggest the Living Bible translation because the words are plain and very understandable.. if not then choose your own translation.

I still remember chatting with you shortly after content stopped, after you posted a truck ad up on the COE and 1ton truck facebook group, was so glad to hear from you after 5 months without videos, felt like the grace of god when a few months later youtube recommended a video from your restored channel!

Thanks for yalls great words that I really needed to hear on yalls faith and how great God's will is. I've been a over the road trucker for about 25 years. I had a heart attack back at the end of April and was hospitalized till the beginning of June. I lost all but 10% of my heart and can no longer work. Times have been difficult to say the least. During this time I have found yalls Chanel and have watched many of the videos on both but today was the first time seeing this video. Many thanks on it. I truly needed to hear it. Im so happy for you guys! I remember when the part was and I was so internally ticked. I stayed subscribed to this channel but didnt watch what was posted any longer. I subbed the other channel and rung the bell again and enjoyed that content as well. The video quality and story lines were actually better with the family vs before! It's interesting, I was first intrigued to your Restored channel by the rescue of old cars and seeing a couple of them set free from their forest dwellings.
The next thing that held my attention was how you talk to each other. You suggested things, discussed things and generally agree to try out the ideas. There was no fighting, no arguing or unkindness and no making fun of each other! That is what made me want to keep watching and I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Also the cars of course, but the fact that you treat each other with respect is incredible! Thank you for trusting and following God and producing wholesome, enjoyable content!!

What an inspiration! Little story: I walked into a very small town restaurant last year, at the top of WI with my Turnin Rust T-shirt on. As I passed a table, the guy shouted out, TH-cam. I still wonder what the litigations and lawsuit were about in the first place. They did an awesome job of explaining why they were in the second channel predicament, but never said why or what they were sued for. I think that'd be an awesome video to watch too. 🤷

There was another gentleman from Texas who had a good size channel when his wife left him.
Even though it never had anything to do with his wife's involvement, his wife claimed it as an asset, so it got hung up in the divorce.
He had to split the income with her or start over.

Being the nosey person that i am, im wondering WHO would do this to good people. Also, being an adult, im sure you have reasons, either legally or morally, that we dont get all the details. Im subbed to both channels and im glad you have control back or whatever it was that kept you from posting.
It happens all over the world, every day, that good people get shafted. I am thankful it seems in this case that good has prevailed
The Discovery Channel noticed their popularity and offered them a TV show for a couple of seasons. After the show ended Discovery claimed legal ownership of their original TH-cam channel because the TV show used the same name and episodes from the TV shows were on the TH-cam channel. So Discovery refused them legal rights to the TH-cam channel.

I remember when this all went down, there was a video posted on the Turning Rust channel that basically announced Lance and Wyatt's departure and a new direction gor the channel. At that point, O assumed Lance and Wyatt were just contracted content creators for whoever actually owned the channel. Of course, that new content never came and we saw Lance and Wyatt start Restored.
Now, after hearing this, the whole thing smacks of some sort of hostile takeover gone wrong. Glad it worked out in tge end. Goes to show that good hearted, honest folk who keep working hard are rewarded for their efforts and vortuosity. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds.

God bless you guys! I can actually say I know what you have been through. I went through the most stress in my life the last two years, and my own TH-cam channel has suffered as a result. I still am not able to discuss details, it may take a few years for me to be allowed to speak freely on the ordeal I've been through. I'm even worried to mention anything to do with my faith on my channel. The stress is over now for the most part, and things are looking up, but I'm even taking a risk saying anything in this comment. I was so full of anxiety that I was not able to edit anything for my film channel for months, and when I saw that you guys had stopped for legal reasons, boy did I understand! You guys have inspired me to continue doing what I'm doing and maybe someday I will be as blessed as you three have been on your channel! Godspeed to all!!

Now, hearing the full story from your hearts, I am blest once more by your faith, your family and your commitment. You have a wonderful channel, but more importantly, wonderful hearts. Bless you all.
For the record, you guys never compensated me or hired me. I created everything on my own time, equipment & SEO experience. I had to make my own paycheck. It’s weird to give credit to religion, when I was the one sacrificing so much time away from my wife & business making videos around the clock.
