I just have experienced my first panic attack at work last week and have been dealing with the severe anxiety, it’s the worst but I no over time I will heal and get better . I just have experienced my first panic attack at work last week and have been dealing with the severe anxiety, it’s the worst but I no over time I will heal and get better .
