Trust that you are good where you are in this moment and that you will be able to move forward when you're body wants to. For now it wants your attention, your love, your peace, your trust. Your presence. It wants to connect with you. Try to avoid word like chroni*. That implies that you think that you won't heal, and everything you think and say is energy too. I know im healing listening to this and for that i thank you. At times i smile and at times my eyes water and my soul weeps.
