I am back again and playing this repeatedly. My wife is dying, her brain is quickly turning to Sponge, she is losing her hearing and sight, her language is gone, her mind lost ,drifting into her solitude. The connection in this performance is the antidote to the despair I feel as she disintegrates. I will play it to her. She would love this if she was her usual self. I hope she loves it now.
I'd feel stupid for asking how's your wife nowadays, but I just hope she's in peace, either in earth or heaven, and at least she has/had you, and Bowie's music ❤

It's the perfect blend of voice and guitar. I agree, the eye contact makes it even better. I'm a music lover but certain songs really touch me, this version of sound and vision touched me deep. The last song that made me feel this way was "Mavis" by Nathaniel rateliff & the night sweats.
