    easiest way to get those successful people in your life is via youtube. A lot of amazing people open themselves up on youtube. Spend your time listening to these intelligent people on youtube instead of doing stupid things in your spare time. Tim Ferriss is awesome and I cannot wait to get this book.

    Im excited to read it.

    One of the lessons I learned from this book as a whole is the value of collecting and recording wisdom and advice you hear from other people. If you hear something that can positively impact your life, don't rely on your memory - write it down. You're more likely to absorb that wisdom and apply it to your life if you have a way to revisit it over and over. By creating your own personal version of Tools of Titans, you build a collection of ideas, quotes and wisdom that can have an impact on your life.

    Hey man I really enjoy your videos. I'm 22 from Chicago. I bought the book and been reading for a couple days. I started at the wealth chapter since I think that's the most important thing in my life right now. Two main guys that have stuck out to me are Arnold scwarzanator (however you spell it lol) and Tony Robbins. The main thing I got out of this books so far is to build habits that in he long term will provide high value. This year I started 7 new habits and I haven't been perfect everyday but I'm not gonna give up. The 7 habits are ( 1. Cold shower 1x a day 2. Read at least 30 mins a day 3. Meditate 15 min twice a day (Ima incorporate Tony robbbins method of meditation for at least one of the 15 min sessions )4. No fap 5. Eat 3 healthyish meals a day 6. Excercise (no matter how minimal) 1x a day 7. Stay away from my phone as much as possible to be more present and focused.(still working on it lol)
    Please reply on your thoughts would reallly appreciate it! Thanks!
    By the way I also been reading the book by joe Navarro "what everyone is saying" very interesting!

    Super cool, gonna add this to my annual Amazon cart
    I also find it funny he believed people wouldn't have time for his podcasts (which I will now totally listen to). I play marathons worth of them at an increased speed (usually 1.5-3 depending on the content and speech inflections of the person talking) via my iPhone while I'm doing busy work, or just a bit of mindless grinding in a game, and get a great amount of info in a relatively short amount of time.

    I believe that self help books don't always work. It's like a textbook read. But our brain is hardwired for stories. Hence I prefer biographies.
    And btw I am on 15 days on nofap. And being winters in India. I have sticked to cold showers and meditation.
    You should make a video on these 3 combinations.
    They catalyze each other

    More self-help crap with the same dribble re-packaged. If you're new to self-help this book and 67 steps is all you need. Pretty much after that you're better off reading a summary of the books you find interesting as you will experience diminishing returns. Much better to put most of your time into getting deep domain expertise in the field you want to work in.

    Hey, something I thought about. How about you start releasing reviews about a certain topic or section of the book. Compact it down into chunk sized bits for us who can't afford to buy the book. This way it'll be plenty of material for you and we can gain the benefits of the book with out buying or reading it. A book that large would cover you for a while, plus it's pretty much what your about right? So I feel like it would be a win-win-win scenario. We get the benefits of the book, The book is promoted for the author for those who wish to buy it, and you just got a lot more videos and surely people would be interested in watching if you continue to do it in the same format you have been

  • @mat_leo

    Improvement Pill, you might want to update on your findings from this book. Do not buy this book people, it is absolutely not a book - this is a collection of cute recaps of the times he met various J-list celebrities in different fields. A lot of the interview summaries he lists don't go into the depth he goes into on his blog, so you're left without enough detail to take away anything. I was shocked how content-free this was relative to his other books. If you're used to Tim synthesizing down experiments this book is not for you! Instead you will find a diary of his wandering exploration by talking to people and come away confused. You'll find yourself getting random tips to try this or that drug or device nearly every other page without enough data to really back up doing anything about it.

    To answer your question at the end of the video;
    I found this book at an airport news stand and can not put it down. I have decided to read it cover to cover first and then a second time to slowly research... yep, pretty much all of the references made (this is a lot). Tools of Titans has really taken me by surprise and I find it to be "The Book" that everyone should read. I could not imagine anyone that has read this and not taken some form of life altering information away from it. For me; it has given me already some uplifting techniques on the days that I may be feeling at little low on energy either physically or mentally as well as shone a light on looking after other important things such as my financial wellbeing for the future. I could say a lot more, but I shall sum it up by saying: Just go and read the fucking book.

    About to leave the order for the book. Just not sure how long it will take me to finish it. Currently reading "The total money maker over" by Dave Ramsey. What other books would you recommend? Always wanted to read the alchemist too.
