Harvard is not that desperate for a second tier unproven footballer with mediocre grades just because he did well in tryout. Coach's power to recommend players is literally worth gold. It usually needs a few more string pulled.

When applying, do you send an extracurricular list separately from essays? Or do you only have the essays to talk about the max extracurricular stuff as you can? Also, can you write more than one essay for Harvard? If so, how many?
You send the list separately from the essays; however, some colleges have essays where you hone in on one and talk about it. Harvard requires a common application essay, which is 650 words, and 5 supplemental essays with a 200 word maximum.
I appreciate the video. But since admmission is decided by admission committee, maybe it is up to them, instead of the student , to actually say how these people get in? Too much shenanigan going on these days.
AP/Honor/accelerated/etc classes can have higher GPA scaling at most high schools (i.e. a normal class at a school can count an A+ as a 4.0, but an honors class can count A+ as 5.0)
