This did absolutely nothing to help me. These instructions are exactly like all of the other instructions for this problem. I can send text easily, but only one in 10 images are sent. Never had that kind of problem with my S4.

You may want to try to 'clear cache' on this messaging app too. That does sometimes get in the way of an app not working properly.
