Experience takes time… Darby is a very kind human being, i had the chance to study with him for a couple of years 20 years ago. Wonderful to see that he kept learning, that is yoga… the body keeps talking if the mind is quiet we keep learning. Thank you for sharing, there is a lot to learn in this 30 minutes video. When a master talk keep silent and take it in, stay humble…

This is a clear e very interesting approach over the bandhas and the ideas of contracting vs. activating, and streching vs. reaching. Thank you for the share!

It always seemed quite counterintuitive to me to relax the body when stretching. But I have dealt with some injuries and tried a softer approach like the one Mark advocates here and the results are definitely noticeable.

Hi Stu. Wonderful channel and interviews. Well done thanks. Could I ask that you ask more questions about motivation/commitment? I live in London , work part/full time so keeping my practice consisting an regular is a huge challenge . I'd like to know how other practitioners and teachers meet this challenge. Also is it possible to do some demos with practitioners who aren't very flexible and or older practitioners? Once again. Thanks for the channel . One day I hope to visit purple valley 😊
