Hi da... Unless i examine you i cant comment much. But from what you say, you may need a proper cervical stitch maybe.. to avoid abortion during future pregnancies. But ask your doctor as they will guide better.

Yes da... Follicle will be ruptured before iui usually when they see in scan and then only they will do iui. But some times in double iui they will do one time before rupture and one time after rupture da.
