Hi sree, AMH level of 1.5 is reasonable. No need to be scared. But if egg growth is small, then it may be a problem. But you re telling that it is still day 5 so still days left for follicles to grow. So wait patiently. Ideally before oocyte pick up each follicle should minimum be 1.8 mm or so in sizes. If its there and all the embryos become mature ones we have lot of hope still. So dont worry da. Be positive. All the best for your ivf... Do tell me here if you got good news after the ivf.

So if you dont feel like having intercourse its ok... If you both naturally feel like having an intercourse , then please do... But please dont make it more stressful than it already is and fight with your husband because he will suffer from performance anxiety... And the stress itself will reduce the count and also ruin the act.

Hi Mrs Jeevitha, no problem. Cramps are common after iui. And regarding the cervix, if its true that it was difficult to keep inside uterus, then you may have cervical stenosis and may need correction of the same thru hysteroscopy.

Hi sree, AMH level of 1.5 is reasonable. No need to be scared. But if egg growth is small, then it may be a problem. But you re telling that it is still day 5 so still days left for follicles to grow. So wait patiently. Ideally before oocyte pick up each follicle should minimum be 1.8 mm or so in sizes. If its there and all the embryos become mature ones we have lot of hope still. So dont worry da. Be positive. All the best for your ivf... Do tell me here if you got good news after the ivf.

Because if you had intercourse before iui then the semen quality will become low... After iui it doesnt matter if you had or didnt have. To improve the success some people tell them to have intercourse everyday after iui, but i tell patients not to stress having intercourse after iui because that puts immense pressure on both the husband and the wife to perform and they end up getting disappointed if they cannot and they have fights about the same too... So if you dont feel like having intercourse its ok... If you both naturally feel like having an intercourse , then please do... But please dont make it more stressful than it already is and fight with your husband because he will suffer from performance anxiety... And the stress itself will reduce the count and also ruin the act.

Hi Mrs Jeevitha, no problem. Cramps are common after iui. And regarding the cervix, if its true that it was difficult to keep inside uterus, then you may have cervical stenosis and may need correction of the same thru hysteroscopy.

Sub septate uterus is a difficult thing to diagnose da.. it means like that there is a very mild septum which is not complete that may or may not cause problems. So if sub septate is there and you are not conceiving after 2 years, then we may think of removing it da.

All the symptoms are not related much to iui da. So dont worry. But travel mudinja alavukku avoid pandradhu nalladhu... If you want to travel long distance, then train or flight is the best option.
