Some additional tips: Growing power is not super impactful on a build that won't be firing your weapons, as it will be wholly reliant on your sentinel applying the status procs. If you do not have the red archon shards on Xaku, corrosive projection is a must to get 100% armour strip consistently, otherwise something like sprint boost or enemy radar can be a nice QOL option. Use whatever here. If you want some armour stripping statues that can also draw aggro, or you are killing enemies too quickly to cast the field onto them, use his mind control third skill, then cast gaze. The mind control will stick, and enemies will attack the invincible statue, and have their armour stripped in the process. This build uses 265% ability range, but 250% gets the same amount of guns. You can swap auger reach for a mod of your choice (flow if you don't have blue shards or have another shard setup like I do), and use cunning drift in exilus slot. Primed sure footed isn't a major life saver when invisible, and is expensive if you don't have too many forma. With Xaku being the next prime (hopefully), you can save some forma by doing this.
Shade, or rather shade's weapon, procs growing power almost constantly and forever once duplex kicks in, which is within seconds on this build. Sure growing power is a minor thing, and lots of other things might be useful with diferent ways to go, but you are wrong about how it works here. Also keep in mind allies will stop counting as nearby enemies for ghost, so using accuse will shut it off instantly. Fantastic for a whole other approach, however.

Im playing this xaku in circulus SP fissure since 8 1/2 hours and i am so bored that Im rewatching the vid while questioning my life decisions and slowly running out of relics. 100% recommended

Haha thank you ❤️ I wasn't aware they were the next in line. I don't really keep track of that. But I didn't have much time this week and I knew I already have a fully built Xaku so I just decided it's the perfect time to make a quick vid on them this week ^^
I like your build. ANother fun one to put together for Xaku is an Ophanim Build. I use Arcane Blessing, and arcane energize for the Arcanes. Growing Power mod for the aura, then Preparation in the Exilus, Equilibrium, Umbral Intensify, Augur Reach, Primed Flow, Primed Continuity, Blind Rage, stretch, and a 2 point Overextended, because any more than that would hurt strength too much.. Then I swap out the third power with Jades Ophanim Eyes for the constant armor and shield strip, and secondary fire dmg and proc hits which are less for the damage they do, and more because you can easily spot all the enemies at a distance, because Ophanim Eyes hits them at a fairly good range, and hits them even if they are hiding behind objects and walls, so you can see the damage ticks behind walls, and know there's an enemy there thanks to the constant damage ticks Ophanim Eyes causes. Add on the nice slow effect, which hits everything Ophanim Eyes is damaging, and it helps immensely with survivability. I usually don't like area slows, but I like the targeted slow of this because it doesn't interfere with other players when you're doing defense missions, and everyone just wants the enemies to hurry on out and die. I use the tenet glaxion with photonic overcharge, so energy and health are always capped off thanks to equilibrium. My companion also runs synth fiber, synth deconstruct, and duplex bond so that there are almost always three or four of it on the map, and anything they damage has a 25% chance of dropping a health orb when killed that will always get picked up even if health is at max, so more constant health and energy refills. Xatas Whisper on Tenent Glaxion is also quite nice for survivability since it causes all the enemies it's hitting to become bullet attractors. I haven't been dropped in steel path or anything since I've switched to using him this way and I haven't even bothered to put archon shards on him yet. Come across any enemy too tanky to drop from his Lokes Grasp guns and Glaxion, switch to a 4 element proc heavy Kuva Nukor with cascadia empowered for the secondary weapon, and they just die right away thanks to the cold procs from the glaxion. Honestly. The hardest part of this build is getting to targets with the glaxion fast enough to get energy, because the auto firing floating Lohk weapons keep killing everything really fast.
I tried this tactic with Protea, and it is pretty great with her skills too. It is important to start missions with plenty of energy so you can get health and/or energy orbs dropping quick, though. If you run out of energy, Shade cannot protect you.

For his 3, I agree that floaty laser beam is kinda trash. It doesn't do anywhere near enough damage to be a worthwhile energy investment. The other two abilities are very good, however. Any place his armour stripping field is useful, his crowd control is useful. The controlled enemies also get their timers frozen, and if you are letting a 30-40 second cooldown run out, you probably aren't in danger, or are not playing xaku right. Also, you can crowd control a group, then freeze one into an aoe strip, and it will act as an invincible aggro generator, keeping you safe while around it. Not great for some missions, but for most that one can be used, the other can be used.
I must had forgot that Xaku's fourth ability paused other ability durations. That would make Helminth's Energised Munitions ability very good since the duration is near non existent. Weapons with very low max ammo like Kuva Bramma and Kuva Zarr, etc can be used well with this. But it would cost the survivability with Shade turning off the invisibility.
I like it. There are "showhorse" builds, that exhibit some interesting synergy but where to get them to work right you have to fuss so much you eventually want to gouge your eyes out. They are more like an intellectual exercize and/or a means of flexing than anything else. Then there are "workhorse" builds that are comfy like old slippers - ones that you might actually be happpy to play long term. This one is in the latter catigory! I love that it TRUELY uses no weapons, and that for the most part it gives you plenty of time to do what you need to do. And I've always loved Gaze as it gives you lots of ways to set things up according to the tileset. I have to admit that for a split second I was hoping that a gazed mob would count for the one neighbor for ghost! I didn't know but I checked and it does not. But that would have been very OP - ghost's achilles heel has always been the 8s re-cloak cooldown after it goes back off. So at very high levels there is that to pay attention to, but only very occationally. But otherewise comfy slippers all the way down. I used a pure cold "lockdown" verglas with shivering contagion instead and once everything, including duplex, is wound up a lot mobs in SP are frozen solid a lot of the time anyway. That actually included the acolytes as well. Any time you get a chance to apply slowdown from multiple sources it can get pretty amusing. 👍
Aaaaaw happy you liked the build approch :D It's not really a classical Tank Build but I hope it works for you anyway ^^ If you wanted to go full tank on Xaku then I'd recommend using Adaptation and infuse Mirage's skill Eclipse via the Helminth to give you two layers of damage reduction. This should then be good enough for enemy level 250-300ish ;)
@@MHBlacky_ENG I ve seen fools trying to say harrow is not the crit king anymore. Yes frost IS an example but what if.. we change the tables with a little more..?
I have a sort of similar build I like to run except I have Quiver helminthed onto my 1 slot for the added survivability (instead if using Shade) when I want it and have energy regen on my Operator when it gets hairy. Then my Companion is Wyrm with its Negate mod so that every 6 seconds I can avoid status effects, they were what killed me most in my early time playing Xaku.
@@bigdog3628 It depends, some meeles have very fast combo growth, and they don't need naramon because it's always in constant combat. I wouldn't see why to make a melee build since xaku himself does the work alone. But anyway the duration of + 60 seconds can be equally beneficial because it will continue to use less energy, so you can use naramon.
@@StrongerFX also some melees have passives such as tenet or incarnon melees that give them increased combo count or the ability to stow weapons for infinite combo and there's the melee arcanes (which a melee user would run for extra damage and combo, especially for the secondary arcane)
I like to Accuse a bunch of enemy first, then pick one of them to Gaze. This create a friendly unit that absorb infinite amount of damage, which is perfect when you don't really want to move around too much in survival / defense. I actually like not having too much duration, and no casting speed since enemies naturally increase level in missions and I would want to steal new weapons. Every cast of Vast Untime take under a second away from the duration of other abilities, allowing Lohk to time out. So, I feel like having more energy to cast 4 way more useful than duration.
His 3th: gaze needs 200 strength to compleet armor strip. Is shade's ghost mod reliable, specially on higher levels were 1 shots can happen easy? When the invis breaks how long does it take to re-apply? It used to be not reliable and the 24 m range is very dangerous, that is well in shooting range of enemies. And your stolen guns are constantly working to clear the area around you... Realy wondering if this would work without dying allot, specially in endurance. I really hate the way you show the build(s) btw, without the stats, about 1 second and a cutout only. What is the reason for that?
The point of shade being used is that as long as you only use abilities and nothing else you'll remain invisible, it takes about 7 seconds for it to proc again but shade imo is way too inconsistent because half the time it would just randomly kick you out of invisibility even when you arent firing your weapons or using your melee weapon so a Huras kubrow would be better in this case.
@@MHBlacky_ENG I just tried this now, and I loose invisibility as soon as Shade fires. When I removed the Assault Mode mod, it no longer happened. Still have to wait for the quite long cooldown time of invisibility if mob density isn't good, though, as invis falls off immediately when there are no mobs left within 24m. Like your content! Keep it coming :)
I love xaku its so nice to see my boy get some respect . Love your video fomats and your guides have always helped me when im stuck keep being awesome @MHBlacky i love your work
Wrong on his 3rd skill. Accuse is ridiculously OP for solo interception missions. On archon hunts you can stop spawns from appearing completely when properly built. All you have to do is wait out the timer. If they start taking your point, cast it in the general area and they’ll stop
Just wanna mention that accuse from xakus 3rd is extremely useful in circuit. Specially if you have a good gun! You can have the power strength bonus from the corrosive + armor + power strength decree and enthrall the entire map for easy missions. Xaku in general is the best frame for circuit, since you don't need a team because of that combo. With the right decrees and build, you can enthrall the entire map! Your second doesn't kill them anymore, thats right, but there you just need a good gun and you won't have any problems. Even in lvl cap!
If you want to go a little bit further, you can replace Augur Secrets with the Umbra strength mod. But imo thats not worth it for a non-prime Frame. Also in the this particular build, you can switch Blind Rage with Primed Continuity. That way you will have more capacity left, thus you will have a little more energy at the beginning of every mission. You can also run Energy Nexus instead of streamline!
Nice shade trick, will try it. The rest i think i have sorted better tbh. Arcane guardian and 2 flat HP shards to boost EHP. Strength is needed a bit for armor reduction, but the 2 scales with enemy level, so nothing above that is benefitial. I would advise away from having non cloacked pets, since the enemies will target them and mess with you. For energy he really only casts 4 every 40-50 seconds, so not much needed with his basic kit. 3 every once in a while and thats about it.
One suggestion to make this better or not have to use shade is mesa ability. You already have good range. And mesa ability jams guns and increases damage as well as put the enemies into an animation. I'm not sure if it helps the weapons you steal. With high range it's absolutely insane. Not to mention you'll also be buffing allies with it as well. It's a win win situation IMO.
Hey just to let you know you put the same augment twice in the video, so for the second ability you put his 3rd abilities augment. Regardless still a great video, love ur channel
Yes i have been talking about shade deing broken for a long time now especially with PROTEA her torrets are GODLY by themselves and you don't really need weapons to play her please make a video about this combo next❤
Yeah, I always wanted Shade to be this powerhouse but I think the line of sight fix with the Dante Nerf was really what Shade needed. I'll definitely try out Protea ^^ Nuke Gauss could also be fun xD
i feel like Range for Xaku needs to be emphasized more because through all the testing i did he doesn't do anything unless your literally running max or without Cunning Drift for range. This limits how you can build him which is why people slap Blind Rage on him. Also, should be noted that Xaku does "Fake" Void damage. Your operator deals "True" void damage. They are functionally different "void damage" and it's annoying to have to clarify cause even with how you explained it someone's gonna subsume Xaku's Whisper onto an Oberon or something and shoot an eidolon with their weapons and wonder "Why am i not doing damage?"
There are a lot of frames that have abilities that don't show their true colors until SP and up. Before then there is a great leveling of those abilities to the extent that they almost don't make much difference. I personally find Nidus almost unplayable at lower levels, for example. While not anywhere near one of the most extreme examples Xaku's grasp is one of those abilities - without max range/guns and always enough guns to steal in that range Xaku can definitely feel underwhelming at times.
@@ILikeBigFatBooties Exactly. I think some newer folks try some of these builds - and I myself had this experience years ago - where they try to replicate something that scales up in effectivness at higher levels, but find it kind of falls flat on the regular star chart where they are at. Just knowing about this "feature" may help some people put a temporary pin in those particular ideas, and maybe revisit those builds a little later on.
Didn’t know shade got a lot better, that really does change some stuff which is great (I got the Tennocon pack so I will get him at the special relay). I went with 4 tauforged strength shards to meet the 200% power strength needed for full armor strip without blind rage. I may take off my yellow energy shard and replace it with something else like a little HP regen, energy, or more strength since with the Jade shadows event I managed to max out my arcane energize.
R5 fortuna isnt super hard if you know what you're doing and do a little bit at a time I recommend using ivara to hunt on the area or if you can obtain an obsessive amount of credits talk to ticker. Complete a few of the more difficult bounties for the top tier bonds (save these for rank up) and u will have it done reletively quickly 😊
iirc there was a mod set that gives you more dodge chance when you kill with heavy attacks, if it stacks with his 75% it might be a good combination for survivability
Holy, Xaku mit Shade zusammen ist ja richtig gemein. Elite Archimede damit ist ja 🤣 nebenbei noch Steuererklärung gemacht. 😏 Vielen Dank für diesen fiese Kombi. 😈
Doesn't work, as soon as Xaku kills anything with the 2cd ability, the guns you collect, it breaks invisibility. I just tried it with Protea as well, as soon as she kills anything, it breaks the invisibility. No weapons were used. When was the video footage taken for this? Seems it's been patched since.
If u actually watch the vid, shade's invicibility has a caveat where u need enemies constantly near u to activate or re-activate it. U must have kill the enemies in within 24 meters around u so fast that no enemies were able to go near u, deactivating the invincibility of shade.
@@danoobiestgamer2671 That's not how shade works, once you go invisible you stay invisible until you shoot at an enemy. Xaku's guns, his ability, kills enemies and breaks the cloak. It's not working at all. I tried it with Protea as well, same thing. Abilities that shoot, break the cloak, it's been that way for a long time, so I'm wondering where the OP got the footage.
@@ScottBrown-x1z pls read, shade does go invisible if THERE ARE ENEMIES WITHIN 24 meters, it meant that shade needs constant enemies near u to constantly activate cloak, its a VERY NICHE invisibility perk that only work on SP missions that spawn constant amount of enemies. if u want a reliable invisibility, just use quiver subsume on zaku, it also allows u to use weapon to prime enemies or kill acolytes.
Quiver can (or at least used to) be shot onto your sentinel so that you can roam around invis instead of being stuck stationary. (Not sure if it has been changed, haven't used it for a good while)
Xaku is just not hard, basic shield gating will keep him alive, especially since his guns always melt. And you can use Vazarin focus school’s guardian shield + Magus Cloud to stay invincible with any frame
Well I DID use the rakta dagger in my testing of this. 🤣 I sometimes like to use cascadia overcharge on my acolyte killer, and the overshields stay up a long time on this build. Plenty of good opportunities to top off the overshields here and there, when needed.
@@Gastro-enterite-en-imax He sent the build mod by mod, instead of giving the full build, so we have to pause the video several times instead of just once
i know that this is a Xaku build but wooow, this could also work on protea with Temporal Artillery and Temporal erosion as well right?? u can use nourish to swap ur 3rd ability and then just zoom around or roar for bigger dmge.
Looking at the build transient fortitude is a big oof to duration i don't think the 11%strength (over umbral intensify solo) is worth the nearly 30%drop in duration... and streemline is only necessary because of the drop in duration. The 4 has over 40 seconds duration with just max continuity which is long enough to build up 200 energy with max welspring (easily ignoring the blind rage overcharge) and even energy nexus only requires 2 eximus kills during the 40 seconds to maintain (assuming 25 energy per orb and 120 energy over 40 seconds) and typically i use the free cast from zenuric's inner might to nul the first cast of the 4th (equilibrium over streamline also solves any energy level issues to the point where i only run 1 energy max without arcane energize and im so overwhelmed with energy that energy conversion is incredibly consistent xD
Fun fact synth fiber and equilibrium will also just work off that energy offset. Synth Fiber(a pet mod) increases pet armor when you pick up a health orb. Thus it allows you to pick up health orbs even at full health and activate equilibrium. Also works amazing for frames like citrine that just produce tons of health orbs.
@pinktr_ee the 4 doesn't pause its own duration or the duration of helminthed abilities. Duration only maters for xaku for the up time of his 4 and the less you need to recast the 4 the more you can do other things and the less energy you are using on uptime. 40 seconds feels really good imo.
Tried a lot of xaku methods but there aren’t enough mod slots to balance the required range, strength, duration, and energy on top of survivability to make xaku a comfortable frame for me to use🤦🏾♂️ wish they had a better passive for survivability
I use Xaku's base skills with the following mods for good range + full armor strip (with no build up needed) Aura slot: Growing power Exilus slot: Power Drift Mods: Overextended + stretch (range), Blind rage + umbral intensify (power strength), primed continuity (duration), umbral vitality (health + buffs intensify's power strength buff), primed flow (energy economy because I'm not using any archon shards for Xaku), Vampiric Grasp (utility/health regen when grasp of lohk hits enemies in the gaze radius or affected by unvast untime) Arcanes: R3 Energize (blind rage f***s your 4th's energy cost goes from 100>155, Xaku has 230 energy at rank 30 w/ no flow, so super problematic ) + R3 Molt Augmented (not needed, for sure a flex slot, but why not) with all mods maxed out the stats look like: Health: 826 Shield: 329 Armor: 146 Energy: 656 Sprint Speed: 1.02 Duration: 155% Efficiency: 45% Range: 230% Strength: 209% Vast untime lasts for 38 secs now, which allows you some grace to get more energy to recast I use zenurik for the occasional free cast (inner might with a cd of 60 secs when maxed out) I use sly vulphaphyla as my companion ,because the survival instinct mod which further boosts enemy inaccuracy, and martyr symbiosis for the emergency health pack (when your hp hits 10% pet downs itself to restore 40% of your hp) I use the torid incarnon because when used with Xata's whisper + modded for blast (chained enemies get the bubble too, and any element is fine with the torid tbh), it goes brrrrrrr you only need 200 ability strength to get a full armor strip on a single cast of Gaze (at 235 range its radius is 58.75m) 235 range gets you 14 guns, 265 range gets 15, and 280 gets you 16, for me its not worth the extra squeeze to get 2 additional guns I'm waiting on xaku prime to use umbral forma + archon shards, I'd probably use the same build and slap on 5 red tau archon shards for duration which would theoretically give me 58 secs of durations for vast untime which would be a nice quality of life for me Disclaimer: if you don't wanna forma 7 times like I did, using umbral forma will save you a TON of space... but this build for me is my go to when content starts getting too difficult
Honestly this seems a tad boring, not using weapons and just running around with no aggro while your 2 kills everything would be worse than Revenant or Octavia's level of unfairness.

Same here, i'm fighting the urge to put some formas on my Xaku, i just want DE to announce Xaku Prime so i can keep resisting
I'm sure you will ^^
Hope the day will come, soon 😉
You can build your Shade in the meantime :D
@@MHBlacky_ENG that’s the plan! Shade + Equinox nuking for now!
His ult can't pause his helminth ability sadly :/
That's disappointing. I was thinking of trying that
Don't worry Bro, I also got the same disappointment when I first had that thought :(
3:15 i think you showed the wrong augment mod here
I thought I misheard him lol
Yup. Misread the file name xS
Just to note. The Last cannot be replaced with Roar since Xata's Whisper counts as damage buffing ability.
Xaku one go my fave frames Cara’s whisper ability
I thank you. For keeping your promise.
Aaaaaw happy you liked the build approch :D
It's not really a classical Tank Build but I hope it works for you anyway ^^
If you wanted to go full tank on Xaku then I'd recommend using Adaptation and infuse Mirage's skill Eclipse via the Helminth to give you two layers of damage reduction.
"Gaze upon and Grasp these nuts"

Me watching a video on a good Xaku build knowing damn well I’m nowhere near able to replicate it: hmm, good video 👍
blood showed the wrong augment 3:20, you showed the relentless lost, I was so confused. You meant to show vampiric grasp
You can set your 4th ability durarion to +60sec, and get free cast using zenurik, so you dont need any energy source.
I had the same idea! 😆
I am seeing this more as a melee build so combo counter is important which means naramon to me. What do you think?
So far I was using Ivaras Quiver in the first slot but I think I might just give that a try too in the future thanks a lot!
Quiver is a safe bet, too though 😉
That was before the line of sight fix I was talking about. Now I was shocked how well Shade would keep up the invis.
@@D0bb1e Yeah, in my testing Assault seems to instantly drop the invis. Far more reliable with it off, but i think that will affect Synth Deconstruct?
I think you showed the wrong augment image whilst explaining about Xaku's 2nd ability lol.
Whoopsie 😜
I like Harrow’s condemn on Xaku

For shield maintenance I mostly keep the Rakta Dark Dagger "at hand" 😁
I love xaku its so nice to see my boy get some respect . Love your video fomats and your guides have always helped me when im stuck keep being awesome @MHBlacky i love your work
Wrong on his 3rd skill. Accuse is ridiculously OP for solo interception missions. On archon hunts you can stop spawns from appearing completely when properly built. All you have to do is wait out the timer. If they start taking your point, cast it in the general area and they’ll stop
If every Warframe CC skipped old frames abilities preview, saved time will be enough to reach third millennium
TLDR; use shade as companion
😂
My wife told me it was her or the dodge build.
God I miss her.
-Xaku mains probably
"Vampiric Grasp" *shows The Relentless Lost*
Yes i have been talking about shade deing broken for a long time now
especially with PROTEA
her torrets are GODLY by themselves and you don't really need weapons to play her
please make a video about this combo next❤
Yeah, I always wanted Shade to be this powerhouse but I think the line of sight fix with the Dante Nerf was really what Shade needed. I'll definitely try out Protea ^^
Nuke Gauss could also be fun xD
@@MHBlacky_ENG looking forward for your vids ❤
i feel like Range for Xaku needs to be emphasized more because through all the testing i did he doesn't do anything unless your literally running max or without Cunning Drift for range.
Operator damage
There are a lot of frames that have abilities that don't show their true colors until SP and up. Before then there is a great leveling of those abilities to the extent that they almost don't make much difference. I personally find Nidus almost unplayable at lower levels, for example. While not anywhere near one of the most extreme examples Xaku's grasp is one of those abilities - without max range/guns and always enough guns to steal in that range Xaku can definitely feel underwhelming at times.
@markmillonas1896 meanwhile on circuit xaku 1 taps level cap enemies before armor strip with GoL
@@ILikeBigFatBooties Exactly. I think some newer folks try some of these builds - and I myself had this experience years ago - where they try to replicate something that scales up in effectivness at higher levels, but find it kind of falls flat on the regular star chart where they are at. Just knowing about this "feature" may help some people put a temporary pin in those particular ideas, and maybe revisit those builds a little later on.
nice video! the two augment mods shown were both for the 3rd ability though. so the first shown picture was wrong 😅
someone's preparing for a xaku prime
My body is ready 😜
Just asking does roar adds more damage to the turrets? @@MHBlacky_ENG
Why don't you use a prisma or prime shade tho? 🤔
It looks way cooler
I actually do ise Prisma Shade. I don't have the normal one even xD
Prime though, I always missed it. Gotta go to wf market one day 😉

Xaku Prime is the next frame slated to release I believe, so you shouldn't have to wait very long.
Same here man. But xaku prime must be coming soon so there's hope.

R5 fortuna isnt super hard if you know what you're doing and do a little bit at a time
I recommend using ivara to hunt on the area or if you can obtain an obsessive amount of credits talk to ticker. Complete a few of the more difficult bounties for the top tier bonds (save these for rank up) and u will have it done reletively quickly 😊
Nobody wants to mention that he showed the wrong agumention for xakus 2?
iirc there was a mod set that gives you more dodge chance when you kill with heavy attacks, if it stacks with his 75% it might be a good combination for survivability
sadly it doesnt stack :(
I think you displayed the wrong augment at some points... :)
Holy, Xaku mit Shade zusammen ist ja richtig gemein. Elite Archimede damit ist ja 🤣 nebenbei noch Steuererklärung gemacht. 😏 Vielen Dank für diesen fiese Kombi. 😈
Hahaha so macht man das hier in Deutschland xD
Mind doing a kullervo thing next? Might be interesting
I prefer use ivaras skill on xaku and use flow, i can easily stay invisible forever and goes perfect for defense missions
xakus ally one is helpful for some circuit missions
Doesn't work, as soon as Xaku kills anything with the 2cd ability, the guns you collect, it breaks invisibility. I just tried it with Protea as well, as soon as she kills anything, it breaks the invisibility. No weapons were used. When was the video footage taken for this? Seems it's been patched since.
yeah man, just got myself a shade and leveled/susumed a Dagath :(
If u actually watch the vid, shade's invicibility has a caveat where u need enemies constantly near u to activate or re-activate it.
(Not sure if it has been changed, haven't used it for a good while)
Can we pls have fashion bit in these video your drip is always on point
Hahaha thank you ❤️
This one is mainly the Deluxe Skin though 😉
Xaku is just not hard, basic shield gating will keep him alive, especially since his guns always melt. And you can use Vazarin focus school’s guardian shield + Magus Cloud to stay invincible with any frame
3:21 Wrong mod buddy XD
Yeah xakus 3 augment works with their 2(you showed the wrong augment while talking about their 2, you showed the one for their 3)
Must have taken you a lot of restraint to not use another Rakta Dark Dagger in a video.
It did. Trust me, it actually really did xD
Well I DID use the rakta dagger in my testing of this. 🤣 I sometimes like to use cascadia overcharge on my acolyte killer, and the overshields stay up a long time on this build. Plenty of good opportunities to top off the overshields here and there, when needed.
Slap harrow's first ability on xaku's first. Ensure your 3rd does 100% armour strip. And now you are sorted. GG poor enemies

@@beaawsome2211 they fixed equilibrium so synth fiber isn't required anymore ^^ freeing up space for more bond mods
pausing your duration means you dont need as much
@pinktr_ee the 4 doesn't pause its own duration or the duration of helminthed abilities. Duration only maters for xaku for the up time of his 4 and the less you need to recast the 4 the more you can do other things and the less energy you are using on uptime. 40 seconds feels really good imo.
For Gaze if the enemi have shield and armor at the same time, the skill only afect shields
which mod should i replace for equilibrium? i dont have arcane energize
Equilibrium is still a really good mod in general so it might be worth to leave it on anyway.
as always amazing and simple video. i always learn a lot from your video. keep it up
Because they buffed enemies total health xaku doesn’t kill nearly as quick anymore sadly
Wyrd Scythes or Nourish with Combat Discipline help with this immensely as both can put lots of viral stacks on enemies to increase damage.
Tried a lot of xaku methods but there aren’t enough mod slots to balance the required range, strength, duration, and energy on top of survivability to make xaku a comfortable frame for me to use🤦🏾♂️ wish they had a better passive for survivability
I use Xaku's base skills with the following mods for good range + full armor strip (with no build up needed)
Aura slot: Growing power
Exilus slot: Power Drift
Mods: Overextended + stretch (range), Blind rage + umbral intensify (power strength), primed continuity (duration), umbral vitality (health + buffs intensify's power strength buff), primed flow (energy economy because I'm not using any archon shards for Xaku), Vampiric Grasp (utility/health regen when grasp of lohk hits enemies in the gaze radius or affected by unvast untime)
Arcanes: R3 Energize (blind rage f***s your 4th's energy cost goes from 100>155, Xaku has 230 energy at rank 30 w/ no flow, so super problematic ) + R3 Molt Augmented (not needed, for sure a flex slot, but why not)
with all mods maxed out the stats look like:
Health: 826
Shield: 329
Armor: 146
Energy: 656
Sprint Speed: 1.02
Duration: 155%
Efficiency: 45%
Range: 230%
Strength: 209%
Vast untime lasts for 38 secs now, which allows you some grace to get more energy to recast
I use zenurik for the occasional free cast (inner might with a cd of 60 secs when maxed out)
I use sly vulphaphyla as my companion ,because the survival instinct mod which further boosts enemy inaccuracy, and martyr symbiosis for the emergency health pack (when your hp hits 10% pet downs itself to restore 40% of your hp)
I use the torid incarnon because when used with Xata's whisper + modded for blast (chained enemies get the bubble too, and any element is fine with the torid tbh), it goes brrrrrrr
you only need 200 ability strength to get a full armor strip on a single cast of Gaze (at 235 range its radius is 58.75m)
235 range gets you 14 guns, 265 range gets 15, and 280 gets you 16, for me its not worth the extra squeeze to get 2 additional guns
I'm waiting on xaku prime to use umbral forma + archon shards, I'd probably use the same build and slap on 5 red tau archon shards for duration which would theoretically give me 58 secs of durations for vast untime which would be a nice quality of life for me
Disclaimer: if you don't wanna forma 7 times like I did, using umbral forma will save you a TON of space... but this build for me is my go to when content starts getting too difficult
