Important note: the 4pc ToM set ONLY WORKS with the first hit of Nilou's skill (which means you can run the 2pc with another 2pc) BUT 4 ToM is STILL useful because you can snapshot the first ATK buff when swapping into DMC after and using their burst for example, so it's still a viable option especially because she doesn't really have any other super relevant options anyways (and because you still get the 20% HP% from the 2pc). - TL;DR 4pc ToM only works on first hit, so it's not as recommended -- but can still work to snapshot the buff OR just use 2pc ToM with any other 2pc.

Because 95% dmg from bloom so you don't need buff atk to DMC! You need EM + lvl for this team!
She does get a lot of value from her first 2 cons which I think is extremely good.

are you running deepwood on dendro characters? so c2 nilou allows kokomi to go from 38.6k to 44.8k due to the 35% dendro resistance shred?
deepwood best for nahida on this team , C2 Nilou i think bonus ~ 10k DMG +/-

simple matter of scrificing the HP and damage kokomi adds because she scales off it... and adding it to blooms damage in the form of EM
the secret to that is his collei is using elergy with more than 1 refinement to get 200

collei is still better here cuz she has better aoe application and buff with c4+instructor, even for single target he wouldn't be good with nilou
@@Mint-lc3dp Things are a bit different when running with C2R1 Nilou. She enables 35% dendro res shred for Tighnari as well as providing him with a truckload of EM. From my testing it more or less feels like running spread comp, with his EM boosting to as high as 800.
@@NutellaCrepe that's kind of an unrealistic situation tho, only if pull alot for her then you can use him anyway
and even so, i dont think the damage he provides is enough compared to the aoe and support that collei can give even in a AoE scenario
personally at least i would just use him in the normal spread comp or hyperspread since his value in nilou teams dont seem to be very great

200EM by collei bow , 100 by Nilou skills , 100+ by nilou weapons , 60 by collei skills , 60 by traveler , ~ 60 by 2 dendro :) ! , basic Kokomi when full stack artifact ~ 1200 EM
