In regards to the expression "Alsof er een engeltje over mijn tong heen piest" is usually not said when it comes to food but rather beverages. Like imagine it's a really hot summer day, you are really thursty, and you're having a barbeque and you put a bottle of bear in the freezer and take it out. Now when you take that first refreshing sip of that beer... it's as if an angel is pissing down your throat, it's like being blessed with holy water so to speak. Although in English you just often say in those moments "aaah, that hit the spot!" or something along those lines. 😂
