Serenity prayer: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
It is absolutely right to tell people to leave abusive, narcissistic, toxic, etc, kinds of relationships. Nevertheless, those are not always with husbands, boyfriends, friends, acquaintances, or coworkers… some people have old age parents they cannot forsake. It is wrong to stay and it is also wrong to abandon an old person in the last of their health. The cards have been beautiful, but they might cause anxiety in psychological clients in that situation. They want to leave, of course, and they know in paper it is the right thing to do, but they also know they cannot, and that at the same time it is wrong.
I am reading no. 1. It is so on point, it has been an immense slog for so long and I am beyond exhausted. However, I do sense change and continue to try to keep the faith in love and light. This couldn't be more accurate. Thank you as ever, you are a true light and I am so grateful 🙏 ❤🎉

If I’m not mistaken I believe the Bach flower remedy of Olive treats exhaustion after a long period of endurance and strain.

Pile#3: I'm definitely overwhelmed about staying or going. I feel obligated to stay where I know what tomorrow will bring and doing what I think is the "right thing" -- even if it doesn't feel rightfor me. Possum was perfect -- whenever I feel conflicted, I go to bed and just lie there. (Somehow the problem is still there, if not worse.)

3. Wanted to share a physical process for the releasing of tension. As a theatre performer i find great shift by physicalizing the image. I enact the body position of the shadow image and with the breath (as directed by Jenny) i slowly shift into the light image body position. It works friends. Try it yourself. The body keeps the score 😊

I am still mourning the loos of my beloved pet pumpkin , trying to not think too much of her passing , but it wouldn’t go away it’s all because it was just the 3 of us , now it’s 2 of us and I miss every thing about her , having her for 15 plus years is a blessings . Wish she could’ve lived fur ever , but in reality no one does. So between working now and missing her I feel brain tired , and crying soo often . I feel like it gets worst as time goes on I miss her more and more. I hope she reincarnate and come right back to me we have unfinished business. Interestingly today I couldn't choose between the readings and opted for 1 and 2,started with 1 and it was bang on point, finished and was about to switch off and my candle fluttered furiously so I kept on listening to pile2 reading and it was bang on the money. I feel energized to get out there but at the same time it's been one hell of a slog I must say. So energized actually this weekend I went out and watched the local lads playing football, met a new acquaintance there and invited him out for a couple of pints of the traditional brew. Pile 1. Thank you, Jenny. having sought clients since Mid-Feb and getting rejected, I finally secured a client so I won't be so stressed about $. But I do feel exhausted so I particularly resonated with that. I don't even feel happy, which is surprising. Still feel like I'm stuck in the groove of work-seeking+rejection. When the $ hits my account, hopefully, I'll experience joy. Or not. I got so angry just before this happened that I was screaming at my spirit team and God for not helping me and sobbing for ages.
