I'm a man and I had a peaceful and trouble-free puberty. It wasn't until I was 12 years old that there were a few weird things, maybe some doubts, but nothing too alarming. I didn't have many dilemmas in my puberty.. and I wasn't as curious as boys are usually at that age. In fact, it was RARE times that I felt the need to know something. Overall, I had a peaceful puberty.

I’m 6ft I don’t even know if I finished puberty even though I have signs of all stages at 16 almost 17.
For me: puberty was nothing to write home about. It was natural, if not a bit late. The only notable thing is how my voice changed. It literally changed over night. Yes, back when I was 14 (in the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2019. It was still high pitched until that one night when I noticed a decrease in frequency by about 110 hz.. (from an average frequency of 220 hz, to 110.

As a 14-Year-Old, I used to deal with insecurity before when i was 12, but before I was 13 my voice started to get deeper & deeper, heavier and feeling a strong base sensation everytime i talk loud, i also have lots of hair all over my legs, my arms, my private area, pretty much everywhere, people didn't bully me but they judged base on what I look which made me pretty uncomfortable but luckily I was used to having it and was less uncomfortable then I was before, but boy, to me and other people, I just look like I have Grown man features and I talk like one to, its not unusual as you might think but some people when they go through there teens/puberty, they develop a deeper tone *More Attractive*, hair grows and thickens as you get into the later stages of puberty and so on, so I can't say that it has been a scary or hefty experience, so, im just fairly happy, I have this, right now I have a Girlfriend, everything this great, life is good, growing up makes life better & easier, I love my body & myself, nothing gets over with Mother nature and God at the same time, just need to appreciate it no matter what, its the Yes & No choice, whether you like it or not, it will continue happening, nature never stops & so as your body!
I remember watching this when i was 13 wishing that i would get taller and have a deeper voice. That all happened now, I'm 16. It's interesting to look back on how i was so interested in this topic

I'm 18 years old but my voice never had a radical pitch change, it was very gradual, there is a difference but my voice sounds more like a teenager or young man rather than an adult, so yeah, for those wondering if your voice is going to change and don't notice any change just wait until 15 or 16.
Im glad I have finished puberty and grew into an self-confident and handsome adult I am now.

Acne can be effected by diet. Not just too much sugar and not enough water but also food intolerance. Something to consider if you have severe acne.
