Idk why but the moment that the girl turned into a yellow blanket reminds me about serendipity.

I love the way the blanket stayed all the way protecting the guy from the sun, from the cold, and in the end, protected from the fire of the dragon, that's when he cried... Army and BTS, eternal love

Once I look at it more, the scene where they show the sword seems like there are multiple hands, and when you compare them to Taehyung’s hands when holding the mic, it seems just like his position with his hand
Yes. I think the sword represented the mic in Tae's hand. Being that they were able to use the microphone as their weapon to defeat adversity (the dragon) and triumph

My interpretation is that when he slays the dragon he is saying and passing his difficulties but an action always has a reaction so, as he passes the difficulty (the dragon) something emerges from it (the fire) and then the cape (armys) are there to help and put a definitive end by protecting the boy till he accomplishes what he needs to do. Kill the dragon in this case.

This video is simply and clearly Big Hit's response to SM's pushing of Super M, self-touted as the best group of kpop, the avengers of kpop. BTS' video juxtaposed a long list of BTS' attributes vs Super M. (1) It showed BTS' strong unity and bonding as a group compared to the disconnected members of Super M, (2) BTS' connection with ARMY, and Army's support of BTS, compared with Super M's lack of fandom, (3) it showed BTS filling up a huge arena compared to Super M's upcoming but not proven tour, (4) it is a low budget, cheap but amazing video, compared to Super M's expensive but nothing special video, (5) it showed BTS' real raw emotions, relaxed postures, compared to Super M's forced delivery and "trying very hard" attempt, (6) it showed Big Hit/BTS' strong understanding of their audience or target market - for example, BTS was wearing little makeup, while Super M was dolled up - the latter works for Korea but in many parts of the world, people cringe at men wearing makeup. Another example, BTS' smartly used a native speaker for the all-Eglish verses while Super M made their boys sing in English even though they arent good in English, which is a super fail. (7) to challlenge the views on Super M's video and on this BTS has already won. There are possibly more contrasts, but these are the immediate once that popped into my head.
this is my thought also,, i think this mv is a strong message on how powerful BTS has become and that no any avneger like could beat them,, the thought of how SM used avenger of kpop makes me cringe,, no wonder they are hated by many😅😅

if you remember when jimin says that there's a huge gap between the stage and the backstage you would understand well,, its like they when they are on stage they are happy confident and giving love and recieving love from from armys.. but in the backstage was fear and anxiety deppression,, constant worrying,,, that huge gap becomes tormenting... that's what lost in mind means,,

*Make it right ft Lauv THEORY (my theory)*
• 0:42 - the boy is BTS
-the blonde girl is ARMY
• 1:07 -the girl turn into a cloth and cover the boy with it. (Army is the one who always protect bts even bts didn't see them. Army keep protect bts and always stay with them)
•1:49 - the boy walking through his journey and suddenly give up because he is tired. But at 2:20 the boy remember that the girl is always protecting him no matter what happen. He didn't stop and keep walking through his journey. (Bts used wanted to give up because of the people around them, but realised that their fans is supporting them making them forget about it and walk through their journey)
•2:44 - the people around them keep laughing and pointing at them but the boy know that the girl is beside him and support him. He ignore the people around him and keep walking through his journey.
• 2:49 - the sword represent the mic and their lyrics. We can see the images of hand pointing at him ( same like the time where bts debuted. People think bts wouldn't be successful but bts still didn't give up and keep with their dream)
• 2:58 - the boy finally reach the sword and all the fingers pointing at him disappeared. (Bts finally success and they can fight those HATERS)
• 3:32 - the dragon represent (HATERS)
• 3:38 - the boy fight the dragon and able to kill it
• 3:44 - the boy cover himself with the cloth to protect him from fire (ARMY is protectibg bts from all the rumours about them)
*SAD PART T-T*
• 4:07 - The cloth looks burn, the boy started crying and the girl suddenly appear (bts know.. one day.. they will disband. There is no more journey of bts.. But look. There's army who always with them. Maybe the journey will stop. But the memories with ARMY will never disappeared.

For me the animation boy represent BTS and the blond girl A.R.M.Y, they start together, always here for each other, protect, love and care for each other and she's blond because she represent the light... they always say in many many songs that A.R.M.Y are the light, the galaxy, the star (Promise, Light, Mikrokosmos, Love Myself, ...), she turn into a blancket/coat/cap, keeps BTS warm, protect and together they going to fight and kill their own fears representing by the dragon, this dragon of shadow (fears) with the power of their words because the sword in the animation is their mic in the real life !!!

The pointing fingers and laughing gave them the strength to carry on and defeat their dark demons(the dragon) which looks like (map of the soul) shadow which means shadow is going to be a dark album.

I have something in my mind that i really wanna say so maybe when the girl became the blanket, the boy thought that she left but she was the blanket so she was with him all this time while he thought he was alone. I think that it might mean that BTS thought they were all alone during their career but they had ARMY all this time with them, supporting them. When the boy was "fighting" with the dragon and was about to be hit by the fire, the girl (blanket) protected him, so it's like they are saying that we keep the bad things away from them to protect them. Umm did u catch the sword scene.. When the boy has the sword and raising it high and those images around the boy.. Are fingers pointing at him.. Its as if those fingers that are pointing at are of those people (haters) who made fun of them and criticised about their music and singing as u said the sword might represent their mic... And for them music and singing can only kill the critics and negative words that were pointed towards them by their haters (dragon)

My reaction is: Yay!! Make It Right music video remix ft Lauv. I love everything about this music video so much!! I love the English lyrics that Lauv sing. Is like is Lauv and his English cover of Make It Right. His voice is nice. The lovely mix of BTS and the animation. The animation had such a beautiful meaning. A guy went through a difficult journey and defeat a dragon and then the girl came back and got to be with the girl, making it right. Is like saying BTS went through a difficult journey and in the end they finally reached their destination and find Army. BTS and Army make it right. That transition of Jungkook looks so charming and cool. His side profile. And the way he looks so serious and cool, lip singing to the song.
